The rooms were very clean, spacious, comfortable bed with coffee /tea facilities. My only gripe was i found it difficult getting out of bath/shower as there was...

Stayed around 4 times here in the past year. Whilst the rooms are a little dated in terms of decor, the staff more than make up for this slight observation. They are pleasant, chatty and always happy to help with guests. The bar and restaurant food is excellent (with an obvious seafood angle) but should you wish to venture out,...

We had Sunday lunch at the hotel and it was a fairly average experience. The Hotel gets a good name in Aberdeen for being good with fish but I have to say we were fairly underwhelmed. We decided to take the carvery and it was okay - not anything special. The choice of sweets was fairly limited as well. We...

My wife and I plus two friends had a really enjoyable one night stay in The Mariner with our evening meal and breakfast included. We had a nice big room (12) which was very warm and met all our requirements. The highlight had to be the Atlantis restaurant with it's excellent food menu, where we had our evening meal. It was...

Stayed 1 night on our way passing through Aberdeen. Lovely hotel, goof breakfast & very friendly staff. Enjoyed out stay & would happily stay again if ever in Aberdeen. We did have a smaller room but we knew that booking & it suited us perfectly.

We have used the Mariner's Restaurant for 40 years, firstly as a Steak House prior to it being taken over by it's present Owner and incorporating the Atlantis Restaurant when it moved from central Aberdeen. Food has always been great and Michael has followed in his father David's footsteps in running a great family hotel with fantastic food. We used...

I bought a voucher which included a superior room, two course meal and breakfast. For the price I paid I wasn't expecting much but we were very pleasantly surprised. I'm normally one to moan but I couldn't fault this hotel. The nicest staff which made the experience even better. The food was great and the room was very spacious with...
