Decent hotel lobby, nothing too fancy. Some rooms refurbished, some look like your great grannies bedroom. Porridge was like dried up wall paper paste, no fruit left at 9.30, 1 stale croissant and cooked breakfast was cold and very unappetising. Entertainment was a guy with a laptop who was good fun!

Has been many years since I have been in this area but had a great stay here and meal in the restaurant was outstanding & reasonably priced. The rooms were clean, warm & comfortable & the staff went above & beyond to help us whilst there. I certainly give this place a big thumbs up & thank you for your...

Great value hotel -even better having been upgraded ! Fantastic room. Loved it ! I would be more than happy to recommend this to anyone and visit again. My one and only comment was the slow service at breakfast, especially given how few guests there were at the time. Having ordered my coffee I had to chase and ask to...

Stayed for one night at the silver birch hotel omagh, Building very impressive with everything clean and tidy. Staff very courteous with good service. Only the breakfast service was a little problematic as it appeared that most of the guests left breakfast to the last minute which overwhelmed the staff. On saying this they did their best to cope. Overall...

The hotel is very close to the town and has plenty of parking. I stayed one night for work. Reception staff a bit stern. Room was fine, comfy bed, everything clean, Tv, desk etc all good. Had a meal in the bar/restaurant. Was served by a lovely girl, Doreen I think, very quick efficient, pleasant. Another waitress came in -...

Stayed here for a couple of nights on business. It's a perfectly good hotel located just outside the town centre. Check-in was fine, the room was reasonably sized and clean, if a little dated, with a large comfortable bed. The staff were generally very good, kudos especially to those working in the bar / restaurant area - reception staff perhaps...

The Silverbirch Hotel is a little gem. A lovely hotel. Rooms are very comfortable and breakfast very very nice. Table service for hot food which is nice compared to self service some time. We ate in the restaurant and the food was very good. I would recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the Folk Park or the Glens of Gortin...

Well what can I say about the silverbirch hotel! Beautiful new extension which has worked wonders for the hotel, both Friday & Saturday night hotel was really busy which caused a little delay in our meal on the Saturday but we were not in a rush so it didn't matter too much as the food was superb, compliments to the...

I was looking forward to lunch at this hotel as it has recently been updated & i hoped the food would have improved from my past experience. The food was awful i ordered chicken which came covered in a leek sauce served with lumpy potatoes & carrots . I dont like cream sauce & would have liked to have chose...

Stayed just the 1 night mid week, hotel easy to find with easy parking in large carpark. Check in fuss free, lobby and corridors spotless- room clean, warm, nice complimentary bottled water, tea/ coffee- good flat screen t.v and bathroom well stocked with toiletries, spotless also. View not good, overlooking kitchen carpark and roof, but didn.t bother us as we...
