I hadn't heard of this place before but our friends booked it for a weekend away. Very impressed by the character of the place something usually only found in older buildings and the owners certainly haven't tried to modernise at risk of losing this charm. Staff were all very professional courteous and friendly at all times. We had a superior...

Wow! The rooms in this hotel were wonderful and beautiful with every amenity. Each person in our tour group had a room that was totally different from anybody else. The food in the restaurant was absolutely amazing, made from fresh ingredients, grown right on the grounds. We met the Gardener, Robert, the next day, and he was a fount of...

Fantastic as always. Professional, friendly and always a pleasure to go back. My husband and I were married here 11 years ago and the service and high standards are always consistent. For fine dining we found both the food and service faultless.

A warm welcome by friendly and professional staff. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and full of character. But the highlight is definitely the food from breakfast, lunch...

Spent a two night stay at this hotel last week, what a superb hotel, I cant recommend spending time here highly enough. Very friendly staff, superb food and an excellent room with a very comfy bed the size of a small town! What a nice surprise to land at this lovely place surrounded my meandering gardens and pathways! And what history, USMC here secretly prior to bombing of Pearl Harbor, our military was already at work! The staff courteous and kind, king sized bed comfy, spacious bathroom and delicious food in the dining room. Felt like lifestyles of the rich and famous!
