Well situated boutique hotel inside the walls. Great service loading and unloading luggage. Room was comfortable, food was good and there is a little something extra at breakfast.Staff at all times were courteous and helpful.
Hotel is nicely located if you want to be in the center of this small town. Problem is if you have a family with luggages there is no specific loading and unloading zone. We had to park on a side ramp of a steep street. Not convenient and safe . This is more for a couples retreat not for family with luggages. Staff is nice and accommodating. They held our luggages since we arrived earlier than check in time. Room size is descent and had enough space for luggages and bed. Bathroom is nice. I guess this area does not get that warm that they don’t have AC. We used an electric fan which I would say was pretty comfortable for our one night stay. Breakfast food was good , restaurant service was slow. Overall our stay was good.
The rooms are narrow with little space to move around. The bathroom makes up though. There is a parking issue here. You can park on the street for two hours only and once needs to use the public parking which was full when we visited. It left me struggling to find a spot and I had to put my car in a nearby mall. The staff are sweet and breakfast was basic. At 200 pounds a night this place is of poor value.
Good location, comfy beds, spacious toilet and easy chec in. The cons are that rooms are a but tight and elongated, no parking on-site and of the public parking at end of the road is full it's a bit of a walk to park the car. There is a one hour road parking outside if u are lucky to find a spot. Breakfast is a bit limited. They could do better for the price you pay.
We had a 7 night stay... End May_Start June... Returned to Derry for a family wedding... 💒❤️ From booking in... With a complimentary glass of Prosecco... 🍸 To leaving.. 😔... Top class.. Fantastic staff (All) ... Breakfast 🍳👌... We will be back... 💯🙏👏
Had a fabulous stay! From a warm welcome at reception to a delicious breakfast on leaving we have only good things to say about our stay. Highly recommend this lovely hotel. It has a lovely restaurant and bar and is within walking distance of lots of shops, historic sites etc
We stayed in the Guildhall room and views across the city were absolutely amazing. We were greeted at reception by such friendly and courteous staff. Then again the breakfast team were so efficient and professional. The hotel is perfectly located within walking distance for all amenities. We will definitely be back for our next stay in Derry.
Had a wonderful stay here with my 8 year old daughter for a girlie night away. Staff were all amazing, especially Karen at reception and the two girls who served us breakfast in the morning, Katie was one of their names. So attentive and just so chatty and welcoming. Room was really lovely, it was just the perfect night away. Located just outside the entrance to the Richmond centre so was extremely central. We will definitely be back 😊
Stayed here for 1 night and everything was OK but nothing special or out of the ordinary. They do not have a car park and the nearest one which is chargeable is about 10 minutes walk away. Conveniently located for walking around the centre of the town and down to Bogside to see all the murals.
Stayed here one night during a road trip along the Antrim Coast. The hotel itself was beautiful, and location was superb. The Reception staff was incredibly helpful as we dropped off our luggage before parking our car right up the street at a nearby car park. Complimentary glass of welcome champagne and very comfortable accommodations. Breakfast was included as well. Location? You can't ask for a more central spot within the city walls. Easy walking distance to everything.
