The room was spacious and spotless as was the bathroom(although it did not have shampoo or conditioner). The room had tea and coffee facilities and the T.V was placed in the right place. Helen and Eamonn that own the B&B are very nice and very helpful people. The room and the food were excellent, would definitely be back to stay again. Mum and i had a lovely relaxing Easter break. Very easy to get around for myself as a Wheelchair user.

The service was next to none- The reason for our stay was to take part in a 20mile hike across the mournes, the staff at the b&b arranged to have a cooked breakfast served to us for 6am the morning of our walk! This was unbelievable and... More

Tullyrose is a top grade B&B with spacious rooms and excellent bathrooms. Very close to Tullymore Park and nestled in the Mourne Mountains. The food is good and the owners are very friendly. There is an excellent bar/restaurant nearby: Maghera Inn and you are 15 minutes from Newcastle.

If you want excellent amenities, great hosts and close proximity to Newcastle - especially the Tollymore Forrest Park (walk across the road to the entrance) -- then this is the place to stay! The building and accessories look brand new. The whole facility from the lounge / breakfast area to the rooms and the outdoor sitting area are meticulously clean... More

Tullyrose has an excellent setting 4 miles from Newcastle, just outside of Bryansford Village on the edge of Tollymore Forest. It also is on the edge of the Mountains. Helen and Eamonn Maginn have created a beautiful Country House to a very high standard. Helen was very friendly on arrival, making us feel totally at home. There was a lovely... More

Lovely, quiet location, spotlessly clean, wonderfully comfortable beds, delicious breakfast, great hosts...what's not to like?! Then there were the added extras. The iron and ironing board that turned up almost immediately upon request. When my pen leaked a small, but very obvious spot on my duvet cover. I was mortified and when I told Helen, the duvet cover was immediately... More

The apartment was small but very well equipped we could have stayed for days! It was very clean and modern. The couple who run it are very... More

Better than most hotels. Breakfast was delicious. We had an ensuite room in the apartment block. Double bed. Small but perfect. I asked for... More
