Had stayed here a few times. Got e-mail from them advertising their Christmas package. It was brilliant. We stayed four nights. B&B and most of the food was inclusive. The banquet on Christmas day was out of this world. The staff were amazing. They went all the way to make sure we enjoyed our experience there. Mulled wine, mince pies,...

We stayed here last weekend for 2 nights and we had a lovely relaxing weekend. The bedrooms have been refurbished since the last time we stayed here and the work was done to a high standard. Everything has been replaced and very nicely decorated. We had a lovely meal in the evening and good cooked breakfasts. The staff were very...

We were warmly welcomed by friendly staff on check in. This standard of treatment was extended throughout our stay at the Hotel. All staff engaged in conversation and remembered us, which is always nice. A personal touch that some big hotel chains lack. The room was lovely. Clean and not stuffy which made for a lovely nights rest. The facilities...

Went to this place for dinner on New Year's Eve after visiting the Giant's Causeway. For starter, we had prawn cocktail, which was average and seafood chowder, which was good. For main, I had the traditional turkey and ham and my partner had the steak. We were not impressed with the main at all. The turkey and ham was quite...

I've been to this hotel many times and have come to expect high standards as that is what we have always received during our stays. This stay fell below par but wasn't all bad. We were allowed early check in which is always good and given a sea view room on the 2nd floor . The hotel now states that...

Dreadful, very disappointing. First we didn't get the table we booked, this was given to another family, pathetic excuses given by the staff and when I spoke to the manager he was downright rude about it. The food was awful and the entertainment was worse, really spoiled our family night out. Will not be back. Most people have left already...

Very good value for money and really nice ambience. There was a good selection of starters and mains - the desserts were excellent. Everyone could choose what they wanted and how much and we'll definitely be doing this again next year.

Just stayed the one night. Handy location. Tasty enough wee lunch and ok breakfast. I was last in at 9.59 and they did their best for me. Nice comfy bed and quiet room with a lovely view of the seashore and the park opposite. Encountered one guest with his pet dog on the stairs and figured they must be dog...

We had a wonderful Christmas stay here. From the moment we arrived the service and hospitality was exceptional. Our room was perfect, beautiful tree included, plus a little gift for each of our 18 month old twins. Christmas dinner was delicious as were the cooked breakfasts. The whole experience exceeded our expectations, and we look forward to returning next year!
