Overall overview of this hotel is poor, from checking in to the very basic rooms! The speed and level of service was extremely disappointing and the dust in the rooms was awful! My expectations of the Premier Inn were not very high as it is just a basic hotel, but basic or not they should be more friendly & a...

The room was very very basic, although expected of a budget hotel. Bed was very uncomfortable and check in was quite lengthy as a large group arrived before us. Food too was very basic and absolutely no cosmetics in the bathroom that other budget hotels would provide. Corridors noisy late at night. Parking was a let down too.

The staff at the hotel are very friendly (as was everyone that we met in Northern Ireland). We were able to check in to our room early after a long morning of travel and it was such a welcome way to start our visit to Belfast. The room was clean and comfortable. The second child's bed was just a mattress...

A really good and clean hotel. The staff was super. Always ready to help you and make you feel "at home". The breakfast we had was great and there were a lot of things to chose between. If you asked for direction they were always ready to help.
