We arrived here on Saturday, tired after an early morning flight from Newcastle. It was only about 10 am but we asked if we could check into a room as our 7 year old grandson who has autism needed to rest. Nothing was too much trouble, the receptionist was lovely and found us a room that had not been used...

Great staff and they seem very dedicated to giving good service. The hotel is in a great location and central to everything going on in Belfast. We ate in the restraint one night because it was raining and we were late in. The food was OK and basic, burgers and fries etc but again great service. Would certainly recommend for...

You cant beat these beds for comfort. Excellent service and location right in the city centre surrounded by shops, restaurants and pubs. The Guinness was supreme and a good breakfast in the morning is just what you need.

Stayed here for 1 night for business £91.room only. Building is new but rooms are small.Everything clean. The area is a business district 2/3 black from City Hall and Victoria Square but at nighttime it's a bit desolate.I felt uneasy on the streets looking for restaurant and resorted to using the restaurant in the hotel. The food is the standard Premier Inn...

We stayed at this Premier Inn for three nights to attend the Adele concert. We arrived at 9am after a 2.30am start and were delighted when the manager allowed us to check in straight away - however it started to go downhill from there. We had various problems with equipment not working: the tv constantly flickered, the wifi kept failing,...

Stayed here for 2 nights with friends. Usually good standard from premier inn brand- and great value- only paid £88 for 2 nights for double room! Location within easy walking distance but did feel more out of centre on quiet street. Breakfast good and nicer than mainland equivalent and was £8.95. Front desk staff very friendly. Only minor complaint was...

Welcome to the city that inspired Gulliver's Travels. A stay at Premier Inn Hotel Belfast Alfred Street puts you just a small step away from some big attractions, not to mention all the delights of a twenty-first century shopping centre. And if you're here on business, we'll make sure your stay is a pleasant one. Track down the Titanic story to its source. Or make tracks to some of the biggest names on the high street - don't miss the continental market if you're here over Christmas.
