Clean, functional site, great as an overnighter. Easy online booking with email confirmation providing barrier codes and wifi password. No wifi though. Could not pick up the wifi at all. Did not bother to complain as only staying overnight and wanted to retire early as worn out after a long day travelling. Showers took a while to figure how to...

As an avid caravaner I visit many sites. Dundonald is ok, its well situated and relatively quiet. It is very well situated to a cinema, great eating houses and the Ice bowl. they offer a wifi zone but it does not extend to the whole site. this could be improved greatly. Toilet block is clean and well appointed and situated...

We were concerned initially about security as we could be the only people on the whole site as we stayed here in November. There was one other campervan on the first and and two more on the second night. It was only £8.50 per night as out of season, there was no showers or toilets available. We didn't mind as...

You would never know it was there! What a great little site. You have to check in at the Ice Bowl where they give you the secure code to the site. Very convenient for hopping on the public transport into the city of Belfast. Bus stops on the main road just outside site. A No. 19 bus will take you...

Secondly I didnt see any big estate , yes there is an estate...

This is a great caravan site. The facilities were spotless and there is so much too do with the ice bowl, cinema and restaurants all close at hand. The staff were really friendly which helps and there was no extra costs for their use.

Rang night before to prebook a spot and got very helpful and friendly advice from staff on the phone. I then read the reviews and thought about changing location, but luckily I didn't. Firstly was checked in...

We spent two nights in a tent here, and enjoyed every minute. You have to check in with the staff at the Icebowl across the road (open from 9 am-ish to 10 pm-ish), but they were more than helpful in giving us advice on what to see, trying to help us get money back when we changed the number of...

Staff at the Ice Bowl were very helpful both when booking via phone and on arrival. Campsite was very clean and tidy. Staff member at the campsite was welcoming and helpful on advising things to do in the area. Toilet block / amenities were well maintained and heated - one of the very few shower blocks were I didn't suffer...
