Amazing hotel with super comfy beds. All staff were super friendly with special mentions to Jo at reception who was able to recommend the best tourist sites in Belfast and Lucaz in the brasserie who gave top tier service. We definitely will be back, thanks for a great stay.

I had an excellent one-night stay here. Jo and Julia at the front desk were particularly helpful and friendly. The hotel has a hip and edgy atmosphere. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed. I liked the vending machine for stocking the in-room fridge.

Nice hotel the bed was very comfortable. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Alex was great and looked after us at breakfast time. It’s dog friendly and wee Charlie felt at home. The food is great and the bar has lovely cocktails.Great location in Belfast had a nice trip.

We stayed at the malmaison last night for my partners birthday. I must say we were very impressed. The decor is unique and our room was beautiful, the bed was so comfy. Food and drinks where lovely too. We had the best night the staff where so friendly and made us feel very welcoming and friendly and went above and beyond for us especially Julia and Natalia.. they were funny and such lovely girls. We will definitely be back in the future 🙌 💖

You can see how lovely the rooms are from the website, but the true value of any hotel are the employees who keep it running, and at the Malmaison Belfast, Jo is truly exceptional! Jo was very patient and helpful in providing assistance with parking validation, answering our questions about the local area, and helping me extend my stay. Also a shoutout to the hardworking and friendly cleaning staff, I did not catch their name but they were exceptional friendly and ensured we had what we needed for our stay. As for the hotel itself, our room was cozy, clean and had excellent amenities. In particular I appreciated the glass bottles of water, the wide selection of tea, the optional fan in the closet, and the very cozy bathrobes. I love the city so I am certain I will be retuning in the future, and when I do I will be staying at the Malmaison Belfast because of the lovely people who keep it running.…

Excellent hotel. Extremely helpful staff, great room & very dog friendly. In a great location, not far from anything. Not cheap but we were very happy. Would definitely recommend particularly to other dog owners, and would never stay anywhere else in Belfast.

It was a little hard communicating from the US by email because of the time lag, but the rooms were very nice and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is a few blocks from midtown, but it is an easy walk.

My partner and myself stayed in the Malmaison recently. It is a fantastic hotel, close to bars, restaurants and shops. The room was lovely but what made it special were the staff, from Julia in reception to the bar and restaurant staff. Every one of them were helpful and friendly. Definitely would recommend.

Fantastic time at the Malmaison hotel as always! We arrived at the hotel, staff very friendly and welcoming. Our room was beautiful and we woke up so refreshed from a great nights sleep 😊 The next morning we went down to breakfast and had a great variety of choice. From freshly baked croissants, fresh fruit, yoghurt, cereals as well as fully cooked breakfast. Lovely freshly squeezed fruit juices on tap! Holly and Alex catered to our every need and kept us in craic all morning. I can’t wait to get a wee night here again!!! Thanks for such a great time!!!
