My finance and I really enjoyed our stay just before Christmas. We picked it because the location is prefect for shopping in Belfast, it's very close to Victoria Square. The check-in process was quick. We love the room, the bed was very comfy, it even has a coffee machine! The Bar was atmospheric. We also enjoyed our dinner in the...

We chose the Malmaison date night package for a birthday treat. On arrival we were upgraded to a Club Deluxe room which was absolutely beautiful and really made our stay extra special. The hotel has a lovely atmosphere and all staff we encountered were pleasant especially the reception staff. Continental breakfast was not great but for a £2 supplement we...

I stayed in this hotel recently for 2 nights. Firstly the décor is amazing really eye catching. We stayed in a luxury queen room. It was beautiful, spacious enough for myself and my partner and the bed was fantastic, really comfy. The bathroom again very spacious. Has everything you need. The shower was really really hot, this will be a...

Good afternoon roseannNI, Thank you for recently staying with us and for providing us with feedback following your stay. I can only apologise about the issue with your hot water and breakfast items. The issue with the water has been addressed and I will certainly take on board your comments about the continental breakfast option. Tina W General Manager

We stayed here for 2 nights, I got very ill with the flu on the first night. Not a good hotel to be bed ridden in. The beds are extremely uncomfortable, felt as though we were sleeping on a springy table top. Other than that it is a nice place. Very lux decor feel but abit old and dated. Chips...

Quirky looking hotel at a great price and with good location to city centre and local amenities. Also we were offered a great deal on a three course restaurant meal with nice choice of food and fair selection of wines too.

The Malmasison was a great pick and I researched hotels in Belfast for hours and I couldn't decide which one to choose. My husband and I stayed for one night in January and got a great price. The room was fantastic and newly updated (room 203) with a wonderful king bed + Eames chair. The hotel itself is stylish with...

I didn't like this place at all. The receptionist wasn't very welcoming, the room was DARK, honestly the bulbs must have been about 20 watts. The bathroom was the biggest letdown. I like to adjust the shower temp before getting under it, but the deep bathtub and plexiglass screen made it quite difficult to reach the taps. To make matters...

I stayed here with my partner after seeing Impractical Jokers in Belfast on 06/01/2017. I had booked a standard room only and chose not to elect for breakfast. Upon arrival check in was a breeze. Staff were very friendly and welcoming to us both and didn't pressure any up selling which was appreciated. The hotel decor is boutique style and...

Very nice modern hotel, but very dark for my taste. Comfy beds but terrible pillows. Nice room, spacious. 3 couples got a good deal for 3 nights, so it was well worth it. The meals and breakfast were a bit expensive so we ate out as there are plenty of places near by. This is the perfect area to stay...

Birthday treat ....one night stay in hotel with the 2 course meal with wine. Loved it all...check in easy and reception staff very welcoming. Room very comfortable BUT far too dark....reason for 4stars instead of 5. ( could hardly see into the wardrobe to hang up clothes) I must say that our meal was lovely and the restaurant manager was...
