The hotel is in a great location but is a bit basic for the price. The bed was very comfortable but that is where the good stuff ends, there was no hair dryer or remote control for the tv. Although it is classed as a budget hotel, I felt for the £110 they charged for one night it should have...

Stayed here for one night! Thank god! I was up until 3am because of the night club 'flithys' down below. I tried ringing reception more than once to ask when this noise was going to continue to.. and got no answer on the reception phone. Went down to reception in the morning to tell them about this and that I...

Booked a triple room online, only to find out when we arrived that there was none available. By this time it was too late to book anywhere else so we had to stay in a poky little twin room. Not happy.

I stayed at this hotel a year ago, and Its still the same good value ,and clean hotel as it was last year. The location is great ,right in the centre of town .The hotel is surrounded by good eating places ,and transport connections. The rooms are modern but basic ,all you need for a visit to a brillant city.

We were going to a concert so wanted budget accommodation for one night. As this was a really cheap room we had an open mind about how it may be. Staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. Hotel was spotless, lovely decor, rooms were small but comfortable beds and again spotlessly clean. It is well located too, within...

Presently staying at the etap hotel lovely room, plenty of space for three adults, great value, very clean, great location. Last time we came to belfast we stayed at an airbnb. This is definately better value for money.

A very resonable priced hotel , £120 for a weekend stay in a double room, Room is small but has a full sized shower (all be it next to the bed and not in a separate room) with a separate toilet in a corner of the room. Perfectly sufficent for a weekend in Belfast, although you would have to know...

For the money it represents excellent value for money. Although the facilities are tight in terms of space as others have pointed out the rooms are of a decent size. The city centre and Belfast City Hall is just 5 minutes away and there is a Wetherspoons for a cheap pint less than a minute away. I had the £5.50...
