Fantastic Hotel. Right in the heart of city centre. Very clean and staff super. Room good sized. Control available for heating and air conditioning in room. Safe in room along with Iron and ironing board. Tea and coffee facilities. Bed very comfy. Good selection in restaurant from healthy eating to full breakfast. Not buffet which is great. You do however select your own tea, coffee. Fruit juices and make your toast. If you take your car like we did. You park just over 5 minutes away at value car park. The hotel will validate your ticket it then costs £17 a day.

I have stayed at this hotel many times and the last few times the breakfast has been a big let down. When going away for a night away, I look forward to a nice breakfast but this is a big let down. There is no buffet style anymore and I can't understand as others hotels in the city offer a buffet style. The prices have gone up considerably as well but the level of service has gone way down. Not even a pair of slippers or a robe in the room anymore either. Sad to say I will not be coming back

Hi my wife booked this hotel for myself wife and 14 year old daughter who has a complex condition and using a wheelchair thinking it would be suitable for daughters needs . We had booked the Grand Opera House to see Chicago , it was 10th of June 22 . We arrived in Belfast by train and made our way to hotel. On arrival at hotel we where unsure of entry so we made our way into hotel and had to make our way through busy bar to reception after small wait we made our way to room through bar to lifts. On first inspection of room it was quite adequate reasonably large which was handy for wheelchair ♿️ but on closer inspection there was alot of "thick" dust on door and door knob fell off toilet from inside. We went out for a meal returned then went out to the show which was fantastic. Came back to hotel and there was alot of noise "RAVE" music. Thought what can we do, music has to stop at midnight we will have to wait, waited until midnight "RAVE" music did not stop so I phoned reception at 00.05 hrs to complain explaining our daughters complex needs and that after midnight the music surely should be off, first guy I was speaking to said music will stop at 01:00 hrs explaining that it was a wedding on the first floor , I said so you put us on the second floor after us contacting you to about our daughter being disabled. The music eventually went off at 00.37 hrs. After restless night between the Rave music (boom boom boom) cars tooting horns outside and streetcar bar type things playing music riding up and down the street. Omg the noisiest hotel I've ever stayed in and dustiest. We came down to breakfast no buffet style but it was fine. The lady who served us was overly nice but I didn't mind she was clearly trying to butter us up , later we found out that she was duty manager after complaining about noise before check out . We left our bags in hotel for safe keeping before going out shopping. We returned to get our bags then it started to rain so we stayed for a coffee until rain was over only to be "roasted" by the bill. £10 for an average Americano and a latte . I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN EVEN FOR FREE

Particular mention to the staff in 10 Square. They were all so attentive and genuinely of great assistance. Hotel is really nice, bedrooms spotless and high end. Breakfast was yum, wish there was some cereal in buffet and the glasses for the water/juice were bigger. But minor details. Great spot. Would stay here again.

My wife and i booked this hotel as we were attending a wedding in Ireland. We only required one nights accommodation and this turned out to be an ideal choice. On arrival we found the staff to be very polite and extremely helpful and booking in was super quick. We had room #514 which was very nice, the bathroom was super and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast the next morning was very nice with lots of choice and tea, coffee & juice plentiful.

First impressions Excellent fantastic friendly staff clean modern hotel in the center of Belfast. Well within walking distance from the main train station and main shopping area of Belfast. Our room was clean fresh and acceptable for the cost of the stay for 2 nights. Shower was exceptionally good with both a pressure shower and cascade shower to select from. Bed was comfortable although the lack of an extra pillow was a little complaint. One knock back The lack of privacy curtains on the window/door of our room this meant that we had to have the main curtains drawn even during the day mornings to get dressed etc because of the close proximity to the office building across the street. Which had windows looking right into our room. Food and beverage We ate in the hotel restaurant Wednesday night food was very good with portion sizes well above generous. Might be considered a little spendy but again it is value for money. We had a 2 course meal and 2 drinks which came to 75 pounds. Complaints One major flaw unfortunately despite so many positives about this hotel unfortunately it let itself down with in room tea making facilities. Unfortunately after having had a wonderful meal in the hotel upon going back to our room we made tea using the UHT milk pods which were in the room. Now I should have checked the date on these however who does you'd expect these to be still in date . Unfortunately the ones I made tea with were not and trusting things to he as they should I neglected to check for myself and drank 2-3 mouthfuls of tea which hasld sour milk in it. Which left me a little bit sick unfortunately during the night. I raised issue the following morning with front office staff and a lady who also stayed the previous 2 nights told me she had had the same issue. Meaning it was not an isolated incident. I brought a full pod which was also out of date with me to reception to show the problem and the staff member said she would look into it. I would have expected an apology from duty management that day or at least upon checkout which never happened. Overall 7.5/10 Happy enough with our stay great value for money beautiful hotel in a quiet central location. Although the gone off milk left a sour taste in my mouth.

The hotel room was immaculate, warm and well equipped. We were in a fairly large group and had dinner the night we arrived. The food was excellent as was the service, served quickly and at the right temperature. Very happy with the room and facilities, staff were really friendly.

Visited for first time to have a few drinks and lunch. We ordered a margherita and watched the waitress make it with tequila and dilute orange on what planet is that a margherita. If they can't make a cocktail we weren't staying for lunch. Very disappointed.
