I frequent this hotel many times a year and as always I am greeted by the warm welcome from all the FOH staff at Reception. They have over time addressed my many needs and have remembered from previous stays what I have requested. With organising extra pillows and hangers in the room to even making sure I have a restaurant table booked every night for my evening meal. Robyn and Ruhela are fantastic ambassadors of IHG and are definitely an asset to the hotel. Their knowledge and customer service is second to none. Well done to them both.

The first impression you get is from the front office staff. Welcoming and smiling. They recognise you immediately as a “valued, platinum elite member” of the IHG brand and commend your loyalty. In recognition of this loyalty, you are presented a personalised letter highlighting your worth and privileges! But they too m, at the Belfast Crowne Plaza, denied me an upgrade, when I politely asked if it were available, just as many other IHG hotels. IHG loyalty does not amount to much if you’re looking for an upgrade! In other words, what value is the loyalty! Located on two floors, my room was on the top floor, offering a splendid view of the car park. The room itself was adequate; housekeeping was efficient. Sheets were clean, the bed comfortable and pillows lovely - all conducive to a restful night. The shower was good with plentiful running hot water and soft towels

After spending a long day travelling I couldn’t wait to get my head down. I was checked in by Megan on reception, she really lifted my spirits with a warm and friendly welcome! She even took 5 minutes out to give me some advise on some nice walking routes which was a nice touch. After spending 3 days at the hotel, it’s clear that the team are working hard to mention standards. My room was immaculate as was the rest of the hotel. I didn’t eat at the hotel sadly but the menus looks fantastic. Will definitely be back!

I stayed here in a family room for 1 night on a recent trip to Belfast. The room itself was very spacious with 2 double beds and a very modern bathroom. The hotel pool was also great for the kids as it had a maximum depth of 1.2m. Breakfast was delicious it was done buffet style so eat as much as you want. Really couldn't fault this hotel at all so would highly recommend 👌
