We enjoyed staying a little out of the city. The B&B is on a quiet street but very close to a bus into the city and only 5 minutes from the castle. Comfortable, clean and warm with a good breakfast. Friendly and helpful people. Would definitely stay here again. Limited off street parking.

We stayed 2 nights in Belfast, and this was the perfect location - a nice neighborhood just outside of the downtown area. The host was great. He answered all of our questions, telling us where to eat, what buses to take, where to park the car, etc. The breakfast was good too. I would return here.

Maybe we caught these folks on a bad day, but to say they were not warm, welcoming or friendly is an understatement. There are much nicer people deserving of the business in Belfast. It's a little further from the City Centre than advertised in the guide we bought and used as a recommendation - wound up paying for cabs. Overpriced,...

A very friendly run B&B only a short drive from Belfast City Center. Upon arrival the hosts made you feel very comfortable and advised us of all close amenities. the room was clean with views of the well maintained garden. Would definitely stay again.
