Wow -beautiful hotel. Was here for dinner yesterday after a meeting in the hotels conference room with 14 people. Generous portion sizes and very reasonably priced. Good choice on the menu and the food was delicious. Service was quick and staff were attentive. Will definitely be back.

We had a business meeting in the function room at the Balmoral on 19 December. This is definitely a handy option vrs the highly priced city centre options. It is very convenient and easy to find, plenty of car parking facilities and the venue itself was perfectly fit for purpose, with a large room, all tech facilitated and laid out...

This Hotel has recently come out of administration and under new leadership is very much back in business. Confidently operating under the hashtag #BalmoralisBack and with Seasons at Balmoral recently opened the future is bright for this Belfast institution. I ate recently at the Hotel in the new restaurant and it was amongst the finest grub I have tried in...

(Please note that this is a review of the seasons restaurant at balmoral and not the hotel or bar itself) I live nearby the Balmoral hotel and it has always been a local 'pint and a steak' kind of place. Anything else was a risk taste wise. However, since it has come under new ownership the transformation is outstanding! The...

Attended a wedding here, poor effort all round. 2 night stay, no food available on Friday night even though plates of food passed us out for a wedding reception. We had to order food from the local Chinese takeaway!! And eat it in the foyer!!! I'm glad of this now as the breakfast was really rough, seemed reheated. Hotel reception...

Had family from England home so brought them out for dinner in lady-Anne bar. Lovely meal as usual but would love to see the chandeliers shining. I know it's only small point but would really set the lovely woodwork off.

Not a bad place, clean and tidy, staff let it down though, bar staff and waiters were nice but management and reception were not helpful or friendly, look down there nose at you and don't want to be bothered. Bad customer service is gonna kill this place, didn't fell welcomed at all
