Recently stayed here an a night away with my son. The hotel is clean and the staff are very friendly. The food was good and reasonably priced. There was entertainment on in the bar which was quit good also. The rooms where tidy and clean, the bed was very comfortable. I would recommend this hotel depending on what you are...

Thought I'd give this place a second chance.. Wish i hadn't.. Sat at a table in the bar area and took them 15 mins to acknowledge us. See pics below, it's hardly busy. We had to ask for menus and drinks ourselves otherwise I am sure we would had been waiting longer! You kinda expect these days some level of...

I staff were attentive to our every needs and the manager Madeline myself and my husband feel so comfortable and walking us through every step of the way. Definitely come back to stay on our anniversary. Loved loved the room we where in. The bed was amazing.

Good: The room heating worked well. The bed was big. Bad: Reception is in the middle of a drinking/eating area – you have to carry suitcases past diners. Extremely slow WiFi slower than dial up, were told that they get a lot of complaints but the owners do nothing!!. Seems to cater for smokers and drinkers!! Had an old tube...

Stayed overnight with my husband as a birthday treat. The room we were given was poor, chipped furniture old fashioned tv and curtains that needed to be washed. Given I had asked for a nice room with a good view was very disappointing. We did not stay in the room to long as we had other plans for part of the...

I visited this hotel for a course in connection with my work and I have to say the lunch which was soup and sandwiches on all three days was mediocre to say the least. We had the same soup two days in a row and on the third day our group had to ask whether we were eating Tomato and...

It's sad to say but what has happened to this venue, the menu is stagnant, if they shrink the menu rotate it and make quality dishes it could make this place so much better, and why so many kids waiting the tables. The outdated decor and the musty ambience isn't what I consider to be a good hotel, I've stayed...

We've being going here for many years now, for all kinds of occasions. I always liked the place. Called in today for lunch. The menu was pretty bland although the service was good. I got fish and chips and to be honest, the small bowl of chips that came with it was ridiculous. My wife also got the same portion...

Lovely little hotel with great bar/restaurant. I live locally to this hotel and would visit it quite often for lunch or dinner as weekend treats for either myself and the hubby or with the kids! Quiet little bar on most weekends apart from if there is an event on such as a wedding! Staff are very polite, professional and always...
