Had a stay for two nights. Whilst the accommodation could be more modern and updated and a lift would save the legs a stretch, the rooms are big, bed is comfortable and the staff are so friendly it is like you are staying with your friends! Keep up the good work!

Although this is not a luxury hotel, it would be nice though if they could be a little more generous with the extras - no shower gel or tissues...

We had a bit of a complaint on a previous visit and were told by Gosia that the next time we would be upgraded to a superior room. True to her word we stayed in the Chelsea suite which was grand and very spacious. Excellent customer service. Thanks again Gosia.

Hotel in a great location with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. The rooms need a small bit of tlc but for the price it was prefect. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I didnt ask about parking but parked on street which was free until 8am.

So warm and welcoming from the moment we got there. Yes there is no lift and the stairs are a little steep so a lift would be a great improvement. great suite clean and comfortable. Was lovely to lie on the sofa and watch tv after a long day just like at home. The Metro kitchen was amazing! Best meal...

Walking distance to city centre,Queens university. Very helpful staff. No lift. But staff carried my suitcase up and down stairs. Large comfortable room. Good breakfast, cooked to order. Reception booked tours for me and answered queries about places to go and how to go there.
