I stayed here with my partner for a few days near Christmas. We had a really lovely (and large!) room, the room was very quiet given the location, the staff were really helpful and the location is great: bang in the middle of Queen's quarter. A hotel with charm and character in a sea of samey budget chains.

Back in March, we booked out this whole hotel (think it's 17 rooms) for our family and friends. We got married across the road so it was perfect. There are 3 larger suites which are lovely, while some of the other rooms are a bit small but everything was clean, breakfast was great and the staff are the stars of...

It is a great hotel, with good and friendly employees. My room was very nice, excellent! And free bottles of water! You can walk to city centre. The only things i didn't like were, the wifi could have been better and hard music in the evening. But I didn't let it bother me. So I am very satisfied!

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time out to write a review. I will personally investigate the issue with the wifi. There should be a router on each floor to ensure the wifi is spread equally across all rooms. Hopefully on your next visit we can exceed your expectations!! Many Thanks, Ben Ben Ringland

Stayed in this hotel for a 2 night weekend break. Wanted somewhere fairly central and couldn't have asked for better for the price! Was only about a 7 or 8 minute walk to the city centre, so handy if shopping or there for the Christmas markets. Price of the room was quite reasonable we thought for the location. On our...

I stayed here for 2 nights in October, the hotel is a really great affordable, high quality and central property! Really friendly staff, the rooms are of a good size and high quality, additionally right opposite Botantic station and so easy to find and central to travel around Belfast & Northern Ireland. Would highly recommend and would definitely come back!
