Recently stayed here and was amazed at the value for money. Front desk staff made us feel right at home, extremely helpful and pleasant. Went up to our room and again surprised about how roomy and well equipped it was. Comfortable, modern and clean surroundings with lovely shutters on the windows that kept all street noise out. Although I would...

The hotel is beautifully decorated and the staff are friendly and helpful. We stayed in the Botanic Suite which is very big and has windows all across one side of the room. There wasn't a ceiling light however near the bed so one half of the room was quite poorly lit at night when getting ready. It wasn't a major...

Booked early and breakfast was included. Room clean, bath had a few deep marks in it and could certainly be looked at being changed in the near future. Food in Hotel restaurant / bar very good but limited choice. Staff very helpful and friendly. Hotel is only a short walk from The Empire Music Hall & Queens University. Have booked...

I stayed for three nights and they provided very good service. They even helped my to get my delayed luggage from the airport. Highly recommended. The location is good if you have something to do near Queen's University

We stayed here for two nights during a short trip to Belfast. The place is really nice, very nice rooms. Service was limited as it is a boutique hotel, but the place was very fine. Location was also great. I always recommend this place for friends visiting Belfast.

Met by a lovely, very friendly girl on reception who very quickly checked us in to our hotel. The room was very large and extremely well equipped. Weather was rubbish so decided to eat dinner at the hotel. Great decision. Food was absolutely delicious and the service was outstanding. Definitely worth going to the hotel even if it's just for...
