Very friendly reception, lovely comfortable beds, big screen TV, big room. Bathroom had a shower and a bath. The breakfast was good.. Continental breakfast on offer, but also able to order a cooked breakfast from the menu. On my previous visit a few years ago you were able to order French toast and I'm disappointed this is no longer on... More

Dukes is an impressive looking Hotel. It's location is excellent for the university and Botanic area. Its rooms are large. It has a good flow from reception to bar restaurant. It is showing signs of wear and tear internally and the spots that have been overlooked over time by cleaning staff. The rooms are well laid out I stayed in... More

We really enjoyed our stay at the Dukes at Queens Hotel. The hotel doesn't have very many rooms but the rooms are very nice. The room was very spacious, and included closet space, dresser space, a huge bed which was super comfortable, and a bathroom that could rival the size of some other rooms I've stayed in. There are a... More

Really impressed with the friendly and helpful service from staff in reception and the restaurant. The bar offered some entertainment on saturday night which was very good and a good selection of cocktails. Breakfast is excellent as is the location of this hotel. 5 minute walk to Botanic railway station and 20 minutes to Ulster Hall.

Great food, limited menu means everything can be cooked to order, excellent service and comfortable seating.Prices are fair for what is offered.Excellent setting looking acrossto my old school Methodist College which unfortunately did not bring back many happy memories from 55 years ago. However will return to eat there again when next over in Belfast

Drove around the streets for at least 20 minutes looking for somewhere to park. This hotel has no car park so it's just pot luck finding on street parking and then hauling luggage around the streets to the hotel, and then lugging it up the front steps, no ramp that I could see. Not even a drop off zone as... More
