We recently celebrated our mum's 90 th birthday at the hotel. The standard of service was impressive. The room was perfect for the occasion and the setting up of a Carvery in the room was ideal and for the number of guests. Mum's special request for her meal was honoured and much appreciated. We would like the thank all the...

Stayed there for one night on our way thru belfast. The people working there were very nice and helpful. The rate was ok with me. The rooms were clean. It is a bit old but suited me just fine. I would recommend this hotel to others.

I have found the hotel to be good value on my previous reviews. Stayed recently and think that it's overpriced since they no longer include breakfast in the price. Very basic needs some tlc by someone who cares about the commercial future of this hotel. It is very much a budget hotel.Reading recent reviews I was expecting the worst, but...

Stayed for 1 night and will not be staying again. This hotel would be better suited to the homeless community in Belfast. Heater did not work, TV didn't work, carpet dirty, towel was dirty. I feel sorry for the staff that work there.

I was staying to be close to meetings in Belfast. All I can say is that I have stayed in better hotels in Africa. The staff are friendly enough if not overly competent, I was on the 2nd floor, the room was basic and the mattress as comfortable as a plank of wood with 15 springs underneath it, the window...

This is possibly the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. On checking in we were told our room is on the first floor and that a disco would take place downstairs so it would be noisy until 1am. An ideal preparation for an early morning exam. The room was dirty, smelly and in need of renovation. Staff weren't anything special...

We'll I stayed three days in the hotel, the rooms where big and the bathroom was aswell. Has a great bar with live music it's fun. The breakfast was a bit mediocre because the three times I ordered an expresso it was awful, but apart from that it's all good.

The worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Bathroom filthy. Asked for extra pillows. They don't have any. Had to get them from another room. Only enough for bedrooms they have. No heating in room. Freezing. Telephone doesn't work. Bathroom stinking. Beds as hard as rocks. Woeful. Lots of tlc required. Such a pity as this hotel has got great potential....
