Great first impression and lived up to it. Friendly happy helpful staff make you most welcome and gave great advise as to where to eat locally, and they were good. Room was excellent and clean. Enjoyed a good breakfast with friendly service yet again. Free parking utilised. Very happy to recommend.

I feel really mean writing this review as every member of staff was friendly & helpful, our signature room on the first floor was clean & perfectly adequate for our needs, & the rate per night is very reasonable. But I am surprised this is number 1 on TA. We were visiting Belfast for the first time & we spent...

This was our second visit to Tara Lodge. We were in an annexe room which is in the building beside the main reception area. The room was spotlessly clean and had a Nespresso machine (nice touch!) hairdryer and nice small Orla Kiely toiletries. The view wasn't great but that didn't bother us. There were a lot of stairs to climb...

My partner and I stayed here for three nights and we really enjoyed our visit. The staff were very welcoming and were more than happy to help with any queries we had. We stayed in the standard double room which was perfect. The bed was so comfortable and was made up every day. The street the lodge is on is...

Having read the reviews I am very happy to report this hotel lived up to what I was hoping! It is in a student area and a bit of a walk to the city centre (just under 15 min but a flat easy walk), but there are lots of bars and places to eat very close by to the hotel....

We were a bit surprised at the location when our taxi dropped us off at the Tara Lodge Hotel. The area is apparently the student area of Belfast and is rather shabby and run down. But the lady on reception was very welcoming and smiling and checked us in quickly. Our rooms were in the annexe and our windows looked...

Our urban location means that we are close to the city, but far enough that you can allow for a good night’s sleep due to quiet...

I had booked two rooms for a stay with my Dad. As I requested we had an easy access room right next door to my own room. All staff we met at reception and in the breakfast room were so much more than helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and responsive. They were everything ambassadors for a hotel and a city should be....

Stayed here for 3 nights beginning of April, we stayed in a signature room in the Annex. Every aspect of our stay was perfect, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly & provided us with lots of information on places to eat and local attractions. They really couldn't do enough for us, including going on line to check us in...

We really enjoyed staying at Tara Lodge. The welcome was great, and in fact the friendliness and helpfulness of the receptionists (Olivia and Payton) is a real feature of the hotel. They really went out of their way to smooth our path and make our visit to Belfast enjoyable. Our bedroom was modern, well equipped, including some nice gadgetry such...

The room was pleasant, bathroom is compact with just a shower, no bath, but clean. However the bed being a standard double was on the small side, the duvet just about covered us, my partner is 6ft!!!. The breakfast was tasty recommend the porridge.
