Stayed here with my mum last weekend in a twin room. Excellent room. Really comfy beds and a good bathroom. Everything was clean and comfy. Loved the hotel music from pub below and even had the windows open at night to listen. 🤣 We were at a concert at the botanical Gardens and this place a 5 minute walk away so great at the end of the night. And 10 mins in the opposite direction for city centre. Staff lovely and chatty. We ate lunch in the pub one afternoon and that was good too. Thanks.

Dined here this evening, everything up to par until my smoked cod main arrived. Removed the pile of crispy onions to see the smallest tail end of cod. Asked was it normal portion, waitress brought it to kitchen then brought it back with a message from chef. That's the portion size and fish shrinks when its cooked! They did cook a second piece that was twice as big. Left wondering how the portions are measured. Otherwise staff and service lovely.

The best location for visiting Belfast. Hotel looks great from the outside, friendly staff, nice pub, very good breakfast, room looks great at first sight. But no power sockets in the bathroom, those in the room very close to the ground, …. In all it looks a bit dated. In my room the remote was broken and I couldn’t flush the toilet. Therefore only three stars.

Have stayed here a number of times. The staff make this place. They are so welcoming and friendly. Food and music great. Nothing too much trouble. Even if the bar is busy you always get served. Can't wait until our next stay 😁

After trying and failing to get a seat in the much-fabled Crown Liquor Saloon, this was nearby and more than adequate. The bar is huge and fantastic, and our server was amazingly helpful. Benedict's does cut-price cocktails on weekdays early evenings, and these are apparently excellent. But for me the star attraction was the Guinness - the best example I think I've drunk anywhere.

Booked here for Mother’s Day dinner, we booked well in advance and were told about the set menu at time of booking. When we arrived we were told that there were some items not available from the menu, these were, no steak, roast beef, Turkey and ham, salmon or stuffed mushrooms. This left us to choose from chicken, burger or pasta?! There was pork on the menu, but I can’t remember if he told us if this was also not available, not really that it mattered. When we asked for a refund of our deposit, to go somewhere else, the response initially was.. “Is there nothing there you would eat” in a sarcastic tone. Yes there was, I would have been happy to eat, steak, roast beef, Turkey & ham or salmon, but if I am paying the same amount as the first family that were served at the restaurant that day, I feel I should be given the same service and same choice as that family had. Eventually they agreed to give us our deposit back & we did get an apology.

Great value. No limit on drinks and quick service. The food was great. We didn't feel rushed and could have sat on if we wanted. Would highly recommend. Great day out with friends. We moved downstairs afterwards for more drinks. Very busy but the wait wasn't too long

The staff were really rude and intimidating. Me and my friends were Moving euros to pounds and they sent bouncers over and started recording us (so weird). They were really horrible and treated us so bad. Wont be back!
