The guest house was easy to find and we parked for 3 days on a close by road with no problems at all. The staff made our stay a fantastic experience, they were all so friendly and accommodating. We checked in late at night (after 11pm), but because we had previously informed the staff this was not a problem and...

Although we did check in and check out at a very inconvenient time for the staff, they were very helpful. The double ensuite room was big and clean, and breakfast excellent. Great value for money. Wifi signal is strong.

Stayed here in sept 2015 for two nights while visiting. It's a quaint little guesthouse within a good walking distance to the city. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was lovely overlooking the road with massive windows - we fully expected alot of noise but honestly were so tired from the day that none of us noticed anything louder...

Stayed for 2 nights in December. Triple room with ensuite. Was clean and staff were friendly. Provided with 2 small towels each (needed to be much larger and thicker), a small hair/body shampoo each, tea and coffee making facilities, TV, WIFI, 2 large shower, temperature gage seemed to be counter intuitive. Poor water pressure. mirrors. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was...

Avoid here. Stayed in Room 9 at the top of the house. On arrival at midnight on the Friday the bathroom light was not working. On the Saturday morning when I saw a staff member I advised her 'there was an issue in our room'we told her room 9 and her reply was 'is it the bathroom light'? So before...

This is a clean and comfortable guesthouse. The room was spacious with a dated but spotless bathroom and the bed was very comfy. The cooked breakfast was tasty. Location is very good. Would recommend.

Clean room and very clean shared bathroom. Wonderful hot breakfast with eggs made to order, incredible homemade bread, and french press coffee! Very nice place, easy walk to downtown. Very nice staff.

Good place for a base in Belfast as it is good value and only a taxi ride to city centre (£4-£5). Only issue is street noise at night with students coming back from the pub (God be with the days when I would have been doing the same!). Good time to go because of sterling-euro exchange rate

Cute little place to stay in Belfast. Rooms were clean and a decent size. Breakfast was included and the ladies even cooked us bacon and eggs when came down. It's right across from the university so there was a bit of noise in the night, but nothing serious. I would definitely stay again!

Myself and a friend stayed in a twin room on Sat 22nd October. Staff were nice and friendly throughout our stay, and room had two single bed and was a good size with dressing table and wardrobe. Bedding was clean and towels were provided, but pillows where thin. TV and tea/coffee making facilities available in the room, and decent wifi....
