We stayed at Roseleigh for 4 nights on a short break in Belfast. We were well looked after at the B&B and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Donna and her husband made every effort to help with advice and recommendations on what to see in the city and surrounding areas. The room was clean, spacious & modern and the B&B was...

Just a wonderful place to stay Donna and her husband were really helpful with recommendations for places to eat and they booked a black taxi tour which was fantastic. The rooms were comfortable and breakfast delicious.

The stars aligned and we were lucky enough to book this place at the last minute. There's a reason the reviews on TripAdvisor are excellent; this house rocks! Donna was so great from the first moment we walked through the door to the last breakfast we had at Roseleigh house. The room had everything we needed, the breakfast was delicious...

We were given a lovely warm welcome even though we arrived early. Our rooms were comfortable and spotless . We received good travel advice about which buses to catch to town! Beautifully presented breakfasts that you order the night before!

The excellent breakfast served on beautiful white table cloths began with freshly prepared fruit salad. This was followed by an excellent menu and home made bread. We have stayed at Roseleigh Guest House four times and plan to return again. The house is in a lovely leafy quiet street and is very comfortable. There is always a welcome. We have...

My husband and I and two friends from the U.S. stayed for 2 nights on May 7th/8th. We loved the house, its full of character. Much nicer than the 'sameness of so many hotel rooms'. The curtains in our lovely bedroom were like something you'd see in a very expensive hotel. We both had rooms in the front with lovely...

I spent Monday night at Roseleigh House and look forward to returning. The room was very clean, bright, well designed and with quality bed linen. Work colleagues were arriving at various late hours from different countries and Donna couldn't have been more helpful. Breakfast had an extensive menu. I chose the omelette, which was as light as described. James and...

Staying at Roseleigh house made our Belfast trip even better! Donna and James were lovely, caring hosts. The rooms (and the rest of the place) were clean, comfortable and very nicely decorated. And the breakfast was great! Nice area, close to bus stop. We only wish we'd had more time to stay and enjoy it, so... we'll be back! Thanks...

Fabulous. Such a warm welcome. Immaculate, spacious, comfortable room and beds. Spotlessly clean. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was amazing, even the cutlery was super quality. You choose from a menu the night before, so everything is freshly cooked and beautifully served. Lovely fresh flowers, lots of local info, handy for getting into city. Donna and James are wonderful...

Spent another two nights at Donna and James' lovely guest house in Rosetta Park, this time with my husband. He was also very impressed with the warm welcome, comfortable room and filling breakfast. We left the car there during our visit and used the very convenient bus service into town. The City Hall is beautifully lit up for Christmas and...
