Stay at Premier Inn Hotel Belfast Titanic Quarter and your next port of call could be tourist attractions, great shopping, nightlife or twenty-first century business venues. Harland and Wolff shipbuilders chose to build some of the world's most iconic ocean liners right here in Belfast. Whatever floats your boat, it's all within walking distance. Spend the morning visiting the world's biggest Titanic visitor experience. Then set sail for a great food in the city centre. Stumble across some live traditional music, or hop aboard a historical pub walking tour. There are seasonal events all year round, like our Metro Monster Mash over Halloween or the Christmas markets. Whatever time of year you come, you'll find great food in our onsite restaurant and a lovely comfy bed in your room.

The evening staff - comprising of Janice and her team made the whole trip a memorable and more enjoyable experience! We hadn't ever been to Belfast and our plane was cancelled so the lovely staff led by Janice, looked after us as soon as we managed to get there. I always think the place/country you visit is reliant on the people you meet/deal with while you're there - amazing stay, amazing staff!

Great location for what I wanted and good value for money. Single parent travelling with a 10 year old, found the staff very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Hotel and room was nice and clean. Breakfast was great value for money and would recommend. Paid parking was right beside the hotel and you get a discounted rate.

Great location for SSE Arena....room clean and comfortable. Had reserved a table for dinner 10 days before the stay, as going to a concert. Paid for meal deal on arrival, however was told there was no record of our reservation. Staff member dealing was rude and offered no apology for their mix up.....actually was made to feel like it was my fault. Cancelled breakfast, no refund issued despite being told she would sort it. Had to get refund via main PI website. Bar staff unfriendly, it seemed the large crowd was an inconvenience rather than welcome given current economic climate. Bar very small, moved outside after being told by a staff member we could, as long as we brought the glasses out. An hour later, ordered inside by another staff member, who told us we were breaking the law. Have stayed in several PIs, with absolutely no complaints. Won't be staying in this one again unfortunately

Lovely room, friendly staff but unfortunately two of the lamps in my room didn't work, I couldn't get the WiFi, and one of the neatly folded towels left in the room smelled of body odour. Shame really as it was a really nice room with a very comfortable bed.

Typical Premier Inn as you'll expect. Let down was they’re still harping on about Covid as an excuse not to clean rooms while you staying there. You have to request at Reception for top-up of tea/coffee etc as well as towels, toilet roll. We opted for the meal deal, which seemed reasonable value, but over 4 days & the menu not changing at all, becomes a little restricting, especially when the don't have some meals ie No Salmon, No Gammon, No Black Pudding, No Marmite. They ran out of Mayonnaise & cold Slaw, Jodie bless her heart went around to the SPAR and purchased some, she was a star!! The location is good for the Titanic & the Hop on Hop Off bus, it's a 20 minute walk to city centre, but unfortunately there's not alot to do in the evenings around the marina/dockside. Beside's Jodie. two others that definitely need a mention are Ruth & Janice, the were absolute angels, amusing, chatty, nothing too much trouble. Apart from when I called for a taxi, got it wrong & ordered two, Ruth shouted at me (tee hee), Janice insisted that I should have told her earlier that I wanted Soda Bread, she would have fetched some in, so to make up gave us her special Cheese & Onion crisps. Real stars the three of them. Saved the face of Premier Inn, thank you ladies.

Hotel was lovely, however restaurant was closed. Only booked her as was going to concert so would be handy to eat on site before going to concert instead of in town to eat. Hot water in sick was just a trickle hard to was hands with warm water breakfast not much items for hot food out but slow there

Premier Inn Titanic As your records will show we stay a lot at premier Inn but this was the first time I have ever ever complained. You have asked me to rate are stay at the above yet upon trying to on your own survey I am taken to TripAdvisor ( don’t have an account with them, upon trying to enter the disastrous stay we had it gets deleted. The stay. Upon arrival informed my son and I will have to share a double bed. My son is 36 & I in my 60’s. We where given I bath towel & one small towel. My original reservation was two people/twin room which the receptionist informed me had been changed in the system?. Breakfast was disgusting, the bacon, black pudding, fried eggs etc etc ALL where swimming literally in fat.

I booked into this hotel at short notice. Staff are friendly & helpful. Special mention to a cleaner who came up in the lift with me & she was lovely. My room which was on the 5th floor was clean & spacious with a wonderful view looking out over East Belfast. After leaving the hotel I had to travel onto another hotel in Belfast City Centre which was booked quite a while ago. However after my enjoyable experience in this hotel, any future visits to Belfast I will be staying here instead as I'd happily have stayed on for a further week & was sad to leave.

Clean rooms, bed and pillows awesome, so slept well and staff extremely friendly. Nightlife was a bit noisy into the early morning- but out of Premier Inn’s control. Still got a good nights rest. Will stay again.
