Had been to the Malone a Lodge hotel before, but just for bar food or a drink in their super comfy and relaxing reception area. This time was my first sit-down meal and it certainly did not disappoint. The starter of pulled pork spring rolls was mouth-watering and the seared sea bass on swarm salad was truly delicious. Definitely well... More

Have stayed in this hotel more than once and found it good, staff are friendly, food is good, breakfast especially although breakfast staff not as friendly as the others, chef was friendly. Also stayed in adjoining apartments, they are excellent, clean spacious and well kitted out, the hotel is good but the apartments would be my choice on return. Parking... More

As always in Ireland and Northern Ireland, everyone very friendly and helpful. Rooms were fine. Dinner was good. Breakfast was good, Tasty pancake. Stale croissants one morning, better the next. On Saturday night, apparently, there was a wedding reception going on in a zero (first) floor room not directly below us, but we were easily awakened from a sound sleep... More

VQC Firstly thank you for taking the time to review the MLH. I am happy that my staff have lived up to your expectations by being typically "friendly" (as is the norm in Ireland/NI) I was saddened that the wedding on your last night woke you up. The hotel is very popular as a wedding venue, but we do our... More

Just called in here on Saturday night with friends for a quick bite to eat at Macklin's bar.. Two of us had the fish & chips, other Salt and pepper scampi with tartar style garnish. Large portions and food was of a good standard. They also had local Irish music playing in the background which wasn't too loud and added... More

I booked a twin room with wheelchair access in the Malone Lodge arriving 2nd June 2015 for a three night stay to celebrate the 30th birthday of the young man (wheelchair user) accompanying me. On arrival we were shown to the room which had a double bed. After an hour of a wait in the lobby we were then shown... More

We recently visited Belfast and chose the Malone Lodge as they offered apartments for me and my mates, saving us a bit of cash. The apartment was fine and had all the usual amenities. However, the beds we were given we not as described on their website. This wasn't a major issue as there was a sofa bed, but wasn't... More

Located in a nice quiet part of Belfast. Hotel internally is modern clean & comfortable. Bedrooms are similarly so with some spacious & others small but adequate. Being in a quiet street heard minimal traffic noise, good room to room sound insulation so benefited with an undisturbed sleep! Enjoyed a very nice meal in restaurant & a hearty breakfast too.... We booked into the Malone Lodge Hotel from Friday `19th - 21st June 2015 as we were meeting friends from England. From we booked into the very busy hotel on Friday until we checked out on Sunday the hotel staff were amazing. We had booked a double room but were checked into a twin room when we rang down to... I am from Belfast and now live in the Middle East. I decided to stay again in the Malone Lodge Hotel during this visit home as it represents good value for money and it located in a nice area of Belfast. This time around I stayed in one of their apartments which was across the road from the main hotel.... More

We stayed in the older part of the hotel, our room was not very spacious, but perfectly adequate. Tea and coffee making items were in the room, with small some packets of biscuits. We requested a quiet room and so were at the back of the property. Rooms at the front are on the roadside. The breakfasts were very good,... More
