The famous Europa has a great location in the centre of Belfast We had a comfortable, spacious room with good bed and pillows and a decent bathroom. However, the lobby concierge service was patchy. From being ignored when we arrived, to extremely helpful when we left. I'd rate this hotel as better than average, but not up to very good....

Had another wonderful stay in the Europa. Room was perfect our Easley chicken was effortless and the concierge staff were courteous and helpful as always. Andy mc Neil's professional presence and genuine welcome was the happy familiarity that constantly draws us back.

Quite pleased to have selected the Europa. Excellent location; amazing history; very comfortable room; good Wi-Fi, helpful staff, etc. Really, no complaints. Well...didn't love having to use valet parking, but they handled it well. There was some confusion about my actual booking, but it was quickly and satisfactorily rectified at check-in. Would stay there again.

My son and his new wife had their wedding reception in the Europa this week. The hotel looked fantastic with the most amazing attention to detail. The staff were unbelievably helpful, everything ran like clockwork our every need was anticipated, nothing was too much trouble. The food was five star, again, the attention to detail was outstanding. I cannot recommend...

I had not stayed in Belfast since my international student days from 1981-83 when the Europa was known as the most bombed hotel in Europe. Man have things changed for the good! We only had 15 hours to stay in Belfast before getting the 5 am bus to Dublin airport but staying at this great location made it so easy!...

Very nice hotel, modern, beautiful wood paneling, bed were comfortable. Our room was on the 7th floor over looking one of the main street and pub areas. We had dinner and breakfast in the main dining room. The food was very good. There is also a big bar area off of the main lobby. From this hotel we were able...

Central location. Close to everything. Room was small but adequate. Parking was expensive but if you arrive by train or bus the station is directly behind the hotel. Nice pubs to eat in across the road. We saw a musical at the theatre next door and really enjoyed it.
