We stayed three nights, and had tread bare, stained and torn towels all three days. The edges were frayed. Some had holes in them. Sheets were very thin and frayed, also. Hampton Inns have towels and linens light years better than these. The curtains were filthy, and were falling of their hooks. I could not believe this hotel was listed...

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to provide honest feedback for your last stay with us. I am extremely disappointed to read of the short comings in your experience here at the Europa. This is certainly not the standard of service we aim to provide and for that I am truly sorry. I would love the opportunity to...

We returned to Belfast after 48 years abroad to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. We chose the Europa as the base from which to revisit our past memories of Belfast and then see a few new ones. We chose valet parking and the "mood" of our trip was established by the concierge who took our hire car keys with a...

Another great stay. The staff are very attentive and friendly, probably because I am there so much! Always find everyone very helpful, rooms always clean and great service from Andy and Alle on reception, as well as Richard and Jabbar in the restaurant. Looking forward to being back next week and the whole of September.

Great location for walking around the city center. After an early train from Dublin and a full day's tour the 4 of us arrived exhausted at 7:45pm. One couple was checked in (their name was on the paperwork from Exploring Vacations) but another room was not reserved by the hotel. After 15 minutes wait for reservations to call Exploring Vacations,...

My husband and I stay on 8th August to celebrate our 20th Wedding Anniversary. From check-in to check-out the staff were fabulous. We stayed in one of the New Executive rooms, which was beautifully decorated in the modern chic . We dined in the Causerie Restaurant. The food and service was exceptional. Thank you to all the staff for making...

A v rare big trip away to Belfast (first night away from kids in yrs) and thought we would treat ourselves to a 'fancy' hotel and night out. Checked into our classic double- it was stinking of smoke and reception informed us the hotel was fully booked and we couldn't be moved and they would send housekeeping up with airfreshener!!...

Dear Marlex Thank you for investing the time in providing your feedback. We genuinely do appreciate when guests provide us with their experience and opinion. I do however regretfully apologise that we fell short of satisfying your impressions of the Europa Hotel, especially when this was your first night away from busy family life. We have many different categories of...

An iconic hotel but it isn't trading on faded glory. A traditional yet fresh ambience, attentive and friendly staff. Good public areas, great breakfast and lovely meal in the Causerie restaurant. Great location in city centre and immediately opposite the wonderful Crown Liquor Saloon. Best hotel I've stayed in in Belfast, and this was my 6th visit.

Stayed three nights. Very nice hotel in a bustling part of Belfast. Great pubs just across the street as well as done nice restaurants and take-out food places. Piano bar and lobby bar both VERY busy on a Saturday night. Stayed on 11th floor. Elevators can try your patience; seemed like one in particular stopped for "ghosts" at almost every...

I requested a quiet room but got one on the fourth 4 with street noise all night - an alleyway runs beside the hotel and there was drinking etc going on. The room was small with barely any space to open my case and the desk was small. Only a shower and no promised titanic rubber duck people talk about.

This hotel is centrally located within walking distance of most sights. We jogged each morning from here to the Titanic museum so just about everything is in reach on foot. The food and the lobby are very good, and the rooms were large. Our only problem was the bathroom - it was one big room - no divider between shower,...
