I loved this hotel. We could walk just about anywhere, had two terrific pubs right across the street, and the room was clean and spacious. A delight! The piano lounge offered a great history of the hotel on its walls, and a great view, as well as delightful bartenders. In fact, the staff was all helpful and cheerful. Except in...

Good hotel for a conference. Bedroom very comfortable for five night stay although the bathroom is small and badly lit. The shower was extremely hot and no amount of asking managed to get the water down to a reasonable temperature. Conference facilities excellent with a panoramic view over the city. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Overall a good hotel. Great food and generally friendly staff. I was assigned a room near the lift. Directly opposite in fact. Not only was there noise from guests awaiting the car, the lift itself had an automated voice that droned on for all the time it was on my floor. 'Floor three, doors opening' etc for hours on end....

Beautiful hotel from the minute you walk in the door, rooms are fantastic and very modern. Bed is brilliant, had such a comfortable sleep! The staff were lovely. The location is right across from the famous crown bar in Belfast, it is right beside the main train and bus station and right around the corner from the city hall so...

Stayed here on August 1st, and we really enjoyed our time. The beds were comfortable and the room was spotless. Modern interiors, and classy finishes. Staff were very friendly in all areas of the hotel. Had a few "issues" - No in-room temperature controls which I thought odd for a 4 star hotel. Had to leave the window open, but...

The Europa Hotel is like no other, I visited the restaurant in June 2015, and I sampled the seafood chowder (so creamy and tasty) - the rack of lamb (tender and succulent) and the creme brûlée (perfect caramel). The service was absolutely amazing and I was seriously impressed with the level of attention I received as a paying guest. In...

We enjoyed a 3 night stay at the Hasting's Europa during and would highly recommend this property for anyone visiting Belfast. The rooms are spacious and clean, the beds comfortable and the hotel appointments beyond expectations for its 4 star rating. The location is ideal for exploring Belfast and right next door to the Grand Opera House. The staff is...

Known as the most bombed Hotel in Europe, I believe it is 17 times (and they hope it doesn’t go further) the Europa is still a popular place for the tourists. Heavily used by US and Chinese guests and well used for events you enter through a large and airy hallway to the left of which is a bar/café where,...
