I stayed at the Europa for 4 nights initially for a conference and then into the weekend. Lovely hotel, nice bedroom with plenty of space. Had a problem with the heating on the first night but this was soon resolved by the very helpful staff. Breakfast was tasty and staff again were very helpful in getting tea coffee etc. Try...

Did you know this is THE most bombed hotel in Europe? Me either. Not that when you stay here you're looking at the ravages of war - on the contrary, this is a rather lovely hotel. It's just a fun fact, I guess. THE OVERVIEW. + A beautiful, modern lobby with a bar (kind of blah) and restaurant ~ Small...

I stayed here for one night but was a little disappointed by a few issues. It was Monday morning and we had to stand in a queue for breakfast for 20 minutes, nobody wants to queue for breakfast and I think they should extend their breakfast times. All The staff were very friendly and helpful and check in was very...

We were given a gift of vouchers for the Hastings Hotel group for our 30th anniversary. We decided to stay in the Europa hotel in Belfast. We stayed for one night in an Executive room with breakfast and dinner. The room was on the 11th floor with great views of Belfast. When we arrived our room wasn't ready but we...

According to the reservations dept this was due to the booking agent amoma having gone over their booking allocation! Disappointed was not theword for it as this was a...

Very nice hotel, shower is amazing, comfortable beds and beautiful breakfast. If I ever visit Belfast again I will be back. Shame I was there on business. I would also recommend a visit to the titanic museum.

We called in here for a drink before heading to the airport. The barman didnt even acknowledge us waiting at the bar, nor did he acknowledge another customer who had enough and left before us. We also give up. It would of been a courtsey to even say he would be with us soon, while he finished making a coffee...

Was here for a staff christmas party in December 2016. Food was rubbish. Frozen veg, served hard. The veggie option was an oriental stir fry with Sunday roast style veg on the side. When has oven baked veg ever gone well with a stir fry? It also tasted disgusting. Avoid.
