Our floor (floor 4) stank of cigarette smoke, our room 412 had a strong damp smell. We were led to believe breakfast was included, it was not, apparently 150 only gets you a smelly room. They wanted 18 per person on top for breakfast, when complained they offered it at a discount rate of 12.95 a person. There was no...

Stayed in the Hilton Belfast for my husbands birthday. We checked in early in the morning and as our room was not ready reception said they would text when it was. When it was 3 pm we decided to go back and see why we had not been text, to find our room was ready. This was a minor complaint...

I've stayed at this hotel several times and even negotiated a corporate rate with them. I've been lucky enough to stay in some of the higher end rooms on the top of this tall hotel. A great view of the Harland and Wolff cranes from the rooms I have stayed in. The premium rooms have access to a private bar...

My wife and I stayed here for a Saturday night away. A impressive reception and welcoming staff. The hotel room was nice with a big comfy bed. A great location to all amenities and the receptionist was happy to help us with directions and recommendations to bars and restaurants. On Sunday morning we visited a hidden gem of a attraction...

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Within walking distance to Belfast centre with plenty to keep you busy. The staff are an absolute credit to this hotel and I can't recommend it enough. The hotel you stay in is always a very important part of a trip, and the Hilton was the best choice and made...

The Hotel was good quality parking is the issue, Its a 7 or 8 story carpark, I noticed a huge amount of different coloured pain from the bodywork of cars which had been damaged on the walls of the entry/exits to each level, I subsequently was cautious exiting the car park from the 7th level but the exits are so...

The location of the hotel is its selling point! Walking distance to the city centre and main attractions, and a stones throw away from the much visited markets! Staff were friendly and made checking in and out easy, however the overall hotel could do with a bit of an update. The room itself was comfortable - but nothing out of...

Excellent Business hotel. Very helpful staff day and night. Conveniently located in Belfast close to restaurants and shops of all kinds. Front desk and concierge were very attentive and helpful. Nice breakfast, though could have more cheese and vegetarian choices available. I definitely would stay here again, if I came for business.

I've regularly stayed at the Hilton until recently when I finally reached the point of having enough. The service is pretty good and the reception staff do try their best to 'make it right'....but there is just too much that is wrong! For example, 90s décor, tired rooms with lots of small damages that have not been fixed, cheap and...
