I arrived at 9am and the lady on the desk said there was an unused room from the night before - and she booked me into it. Great service and really needed it after along journey. Hotel and rooms were clean, though a bit tired and old fashioned, the location is great & fairly quiet - outstanding breakfast too. Will be my 'go to' hotel next time I visit Belfast!

Hotel's Favourite
I have just returned home from a long weekend in Belfast and I had the good fortune to stay here. My partner is Gold so the hotel very kindly upgraded us to the Exec Floor. The lady who checked us in couldn’t have been friendlier. We were allocated room 1111. Great view over the City with side views of the Samson and Goliath cranes, the Titanic museum, the Lagan and Stormont in the distance. The room, and indeed the hotel, has undergone a modern refit. The room was great. The bed was huge but a little on the firm side for my taste. That’s just a preference however. It was spacious with nice furniture and a decent TV. The bathroom was a bath/overhead shower combo. I prefer cubicles but it done the job! We used the restaurant for breakfast each morning and there was a variety on offer including cooked and cold options. The quality was excellent and the chefs served the hot food. All staff were friendly and we were walked to a table each morning. The hotel put up notices to say that they were being affected by the self isolation issues resulting in 10% of the staff being unavailable. I have to say that they coped tremendously well and there was no noticeable decline in service. Finally, the location is superb. A few minutes walk to Lagan Station, St George’s Market and you can reach most of the popular city centre locations in about 10/15 minutes walk. If it’s a dry day as it was for us you can reach the Titanic in 25 minutes. All in all well done to all the staff for their professionalism, hospitality and warm welcome to Belfast. I had a superb time in the city and wouldn’t hesitate to return. Would throughly recommend the Hilton if you’re considering it. Enjoy your visit.

Dear Graham C , Thank you so much for taking the time to post such a brilliant review following your recent stay at our Hotel . I shared your post with my entire Team who were thrilled to read all of your extremely favourable comments and they will take great inspiration from this in looking after future guests . The Hotel has had a full refurbishment within the past 18 months and I am very pleased that you found all of our facilities and services to your liking . Clearly you also explored the City at great length and our location , as you kindly mention , is ideal to reach most of the main attractions and cultural/shopping areas on foot . I do hope that we may have the opportunity to welcome you back again in the very near future . Best regards Mark

Nice hotel which is ideally close to city centre (10 minute walk). Rooms are quite basic with no welcoming information provided in room. That's just a small addition that would help. Very clean and for my kids first experience of hotel stay it was very pleasant. Would recommend.

Arrived to attend a dinner was upgraded and the room on the 12th floor was large with a seating area etc -a little dated but fine -the most difficult park of check in was the car parking a crazy App download and pre payment system -the Exec lounge was basic -not great offerings but the girl did try her best -the daily paper on offer was 6 days old

Dear John R , Very many thanks for your feedback on your recent stay . Pleased that you enjoyed your stay overall and will look into the constructive points you mention . The car park is neither owned nor operated by the Hotel but we do have favourable 24 hour rates for our guests and it is paid through an app which the front desk team can help with if required. Feedback on the executive lounge is normally excellent and we will continue to try and improve. We hope to welcome you back again soon . Kind regards Mark

My biggest bug bear was paying around £200 a night and not getting water in your room is just not acceptable. To think we are members and try use Hilton I just don’t think it’s as good as the loyalty that other hotel chains give. Might have to rethink. Room - ok but room cleaning was just too basic and not that expected from a luxury chain. Room and bathroom not cleaned over our five night stay. Reception- no Irish charm or welcome that we witnessed else where. Breakfast - cold! (That was the buffet items). Location was excellent for ICC and I was there for a conference. Would I use again? No!

A group of 13 girls – well I say girls we were aged 21-70 – stayed at the Hilton Hotel for 2 nights in June 2022. The hotel is in a very central location, walking distance of everywhere we needed to go to. We were welcomed by John the concierge, who stored our luggage, helped with car parking, organised taxis and is a lovely man. We then met Christine in the restaurant who accommodated us with very fast service lunch as we were on a tight time deadline, the lunch was really nice and Christine wished our guest a very happy birthday and hoped we would enjoy our stay in the Hilton. The interior of the hotel is bright and airy, the beds are comfortable and the pillows and bedding is of excellent quality. The choice of times for breakfast is excellent and the bar staff in the evening with a bit of music made for a very enjoyable stay overall. Everyone of our group would return to the Hilton Belfast.
