The refurbished rooms have made an impact. The decorations carpet and joinery have uplifted what we're tired and drab rooms. The lighting in the rooms has also improved. As a regular customer I would like to see more variation and changes to menu, although meals are generally very good, especially breakfast selection. Hotel staff very helpful and accommodating.

I mean, this is a pretty simple review. The hotel was a Jurys Inn, so not cheap but not as expensive as other ones around it. It didn't do anything special to stand out from any other ordinary hotel. Their breakfasts were nice but you could smell the cooking oil that was used and a lot of the fruit was...

Stayed here for 4 nights. Booking and checking in was easy. The room was sizeable and clean, and the bed was comfy. It's in pretty much an ideal location, right next to the bus station which we arrived at coming from the airport, and right next to all the amenities in Belfast city centre. We booked room only, but went...

If you are looking for somewhere in a central location with easy access, this is the place to stay. Parking is cheaper at Castle Street Car Park (not Castle Court Shopping Centre car park though) however this is further away from the accommodation to McCausland Car Park. If you are worried about the distance with luggage and there is more...

We stayed mid week in this hotel in April 2017. We booked online and ticked the box for parking on the online booking form. We expected the parking to be included with the price we paid for 1 night's stay - as is the norm in most of the other hotels in Belfast ( Radisson Blu, Premier Inn, Holiday Inn...

Very clean hotel which was in a central location in Belfast. Staff were very helpful and answered all questions we had. Car Park was just behind the hotel which was very handy. Undergoing a refurb but did not impinge on us as we had a new room.

I had booked with the opinion that parking was included as it was marked aa included, (ticked), as part of the facilities. This was not the case. Had to pay for parking tickets beside the hotel. Disappointed that the information was not clear and accurate. Would stay elsewhere. Other than this it was a nice experience.

Excellent hotel in a super central location. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was a good size and spotlessly clean - it had recently been refurbished. A buffet style breakfast at €10 was exceptional value. All the major attractions of the city are inside a 20 min walk. The bar however lacked any sort of atmosphere which was a big...

Not much to say; absolutely fine for a one night, single, business stay. All hotels much the same in and around Belfast city centre. If I was put on the spot, I would say Jurys is slightly better than the Clayton or Park Inn
