Nice clean hotel with comfortable bed and well proportioned room. Helpful staff but a bit too hurried to clear away plates on the breakfast tables when guests haven't completely finished their meal and some guests came back to empty tables after fetching a cup of tea or something else to complete their meal.

Although the hotel is very reasonably priced for an overnight stay I wouldn't want to stay here for much longer. The rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable however, the port a loo type bathroom reminded me of my festival days rather than a traveling adult. Breakfast was lovely within a nice restaurant. The area in which the hotel...

We stayed at the ibis hotel for 3 nights and we couldn't of had a better stay! The rooms were spotless, the food was great and the staff couldn't have been any more helpful. Not to mention the location is great being in the middle of the city centre! Definitely be returning! 5*

We specifically booked a double room and got a twin room. On arrival, there were a bunch of drunken youths in the lobby shouting and drinking beer. We had to pay for parking despite being told initially we had free parking. The room was very dirty with markings and graffiti on the wall. There was no mini-bar or even water...

Stayed here for one night during the Tall Ship's Festival. The location is great. Staff were really friendly. I emailed ahead and asked for a room with a view and we got a lovely city view. Rooms were spotlessly clean and had everything we wanted. Didn't eat here but saw the menu and it looked reasonable and there was a...

Stayed for 3 nights and this hotel was spot on. The room was a good size, clean and very comfortable. Only downside was a bedside table was missing and despite reporting it this was never rectified. The Hotel is centrally located, breakfast is ample and included in the cost. Clean room, not too small , odd shaped shower but good water pressure and no bath so no spillage. The price paid was reasonable, the service attentive and the staff kept the place tidy and promptly assisted in all issues. Only thing that bothered me was the...
