Came here passing by from a family function, the bar is very modern , food is good seems a little pricy but it’s a hotel. Our waitress was nice a bit slow but with service but nothing too bad. Room was nice , lovely bathroom. Hotel is a great location to absolutely everything and the bus stations. Gym in hotel was good 👍🏼

Great staff, really great location, great breakfast -- I have nothing but nice things to say about this hotel. I felt like they did everything right and were always happy to help out with whatever you need. The room was nice and spacious -- more than I expected too. Even the soap (dove brand) was really nice in the bathroom. Great place.

Why I give such a low score was because I had booked a my family into this hotel for as a disabled man thought it would be handy for the shops . We got to the car park ,parked up brought our overnight stay bags only to arrive at the reception and be turned away because of an influx of foreign nationals were told did they not email you which the answer was no the man at reception said they have up graded yous to a 4 star hotel in university street we left shocked he also said just to go on out of the car park that we won’t be charged two weeks later a letter came through the post saying that we didn’t pay our parking and fined us . We were that mad that when we got to university street wasn’t to our liking so asked to be reimbursed our money. We will never ever stay in Belfast excepted us to walk to the city centre from there .

Comfy and cosy hotel with great staff. Perfectly located! Had a great 2 nights here. Shower was amazing and the bed dead comfy. But those toilet pods are the stuff of nightmares! Right in the room with the brightest lights and creakiest doors!

Amazing hotel. Very central to everything. All the staff are brilliant at what they do. Nothing is too much trouble. Even printed my boarding pass for me without hesitation. Lovely breakfast. Again cheery happy staff on hand to help . Really can't recommend enough. First time in Belfast. Lovely anniversary card. Banner . Free drink and glitter hearts on the bed all from the staff on arrival. Lovely room service lady who cleaned and supplied all the bits.. coffee etc. You won't regret staying here xxx

We had a wonderful stay in the Ibis this week. We checked in Tuesday and check out Friday morning. The staff were very welcoming and so helpful during our stay. The first night our shower broke so we told reception and they had it fixed by the time we returned from our outings the following day. Breakfast was lovely there was a great selection and again staff were very organised and helpful. This hotel is in a prime location for shopping, tourist activities and dining. The Grand opera theatre is only a few minutes walk, as is the location for the black taxi cab tours and countless shops. Thanks to all the staff at the Ibis who were so helpful, attentive and welcoming.

Stayed for my 50th , wished I’d mentioned it as seems you had a card a drinks voucher. Excellent location. Room floor a little tired but staff mentioned they are waiting on a refurb. Had an issue with water, was switched off over night for maintenance which over ran. Was supposed to be back on at 7am but ours and another room had an issue which meant it was nearly 10pm before an air lock cleared. The staff were amazing, couldn’t do enough to let us use a spare room to shower and are arranging some form of compensation. I cannot emphasise enough that the staff are amazing, nothing is too much trouble. Would stay again.
