I chose this Hotel because of the ease of access to the M1 motorway and close proximity to the town,10 minute bus ride or a 5 minute train ride from nearest Station, Balmoral. The building is slightly set back from the main road and there is ample parking. Firstly, I'ld like to comment of the general appearance and cleanliness. This...

Had a lovely stay, MeLvyn was a great host and looked after us very well. Great location and the breakfast was fantastic. We had included a steak dinner as part of our deal and it was superb, and the price was very reasonable. Will be back again and will tell others about it.

Would recommend this hotel for anyone wishing to stay near enough Belfast city centre but without the noise and bustle especially on a Saturday night which was when we stayed over. It is excellent value, very clean and within easy reach of both train station and bus stop. (Car parking in front and behind the hotel.) Very friendly proprietor who...

My husband and I decided to book a last minute sight seeing trip to Belfast and come across this place. Upon arrival were met by Melvyn who was friendly and accommodating. Shown to our room which was gorgeous and cosy! We also had a bottle of prosecco in the room which was a lovely addition. Slept like a log after...

Really nice place. Bed was very comfortable. Parking was no issue. Melvyn was most welcoming. Breakfast was delicious. Also the location is great. The room facilities were outstanding and I couldn't hear any traffic which had worried me initially.

I stayed here overnight recently and was hugely impressed (which is not easy!) The rooms were to a very high spec and spotless. The breakfast was hands down the best one I have ever had. The owner is an incredibly welcoming and helpful guy. The price bore no relation to this, it was tremendous value. If you have occasion to...

Didn't get to stay here as they had "overbooked". Booking was made through LateRooms so beware your room may be cancelled at short notice. I see by previous reviews that this has happened on more than on occasion

This is one of the best places to stay in Belfast. It's only a little bit out of the City but Melvyn (owner) more than makes up with his enthusiasm, attention to detail and a real sense that nothing is too much trouble. The room was spotless, the bathroom also had a sauna in it. I definitely recommend it. Padraic...
