The whole weekend was absolutely amazing the staff were so welcoming and helpful anytime we need anything especially Ronan who was so friendly and catered to all our needs we will definitely be back soon :)
Nice hotel, great view of the river. Lovely to go for a walk. Got room service and food was brought in very fast, and tasted good too. Staff was friendly. Car park is just across the road but there was plenty of parking space in the street. Room was nice and big enough. Toiletries were available in the bathroom which is always lovely. The only slight negative point which is common to most hotels is that you can hear people walking in the room above but overall the hotel is not noisy.
We spent 4 nights there from 4 June the staff are absolutely amazing the rooms are fantastic a special mention to John the head Chef, Alana from admin and Billy who served us every morning, we even met chef Jean-Christophe Novelli 5 star plus experience
Lovely hotel and friendly, helpful staff. The lovely Billy looked after us at breakfast and he was super. My only gripe about the hotel is their lack of tasty vegan options. The veggie sausage isn’t great quality. Billy did arrange a dairy free porridge for me though. I just feel with so many international guests that they could step up and provide more vegan options.
Fantastic stay extremely impressed with Steven, so welcoming and helpful! Made the stay a lot more enjoyable. Hotel was lovely and very clean highly recommend. Not to far out from Belfast main centre, approx 8 min walk :)
Man at reception was such a upbeat person and houser keeper was so patient with me had her totured for soap and towels and she helped me straight away with a smile on her face. Believe her name was Chelsea she and the receptionist deserve a rise. Will definitely be back.
The first time I stayed here was in 2021 and I was impressed by the standards in the hotel, from the warmth and friendliness of the staff to the cleaniness. Sadly, on my stay in April the same cannot be said. The front desk stagff were as wonderful as before but the room was a disappointment. The room was dirty, with bundles of dist and sweet wrapoers under the bed, only 2 sachets of coffee and milk, insufficient towels for 2 people and an overall sense of a grimy room which cost €240 for 1 night, not including breakfast. The carpets in the corridors also were stained, dirty and in some places sticky to walk on. I won't be back as I have no confidence in the cleanliness of the venue. That is worrying especially as Covid has not yet disappeared.
The hotel has a beautiful view and my partner and I had booked for our anniversary. However, our room was very dirty and the bed had been stripped but not replaced. I was very disappointed. We were given a new room which was also unkept, but atleast the bed was made. I'm unsure how to make a complaint to the hotel directly as for the price, I was not happy. Despite this, the staff were very friendly and had good customer service at check in.
Booked in for one night to visit the Titanic exhibition & central Belfast & was impressed with how clean, efficient & nice this hotel was. Never stayed at an AC Hotel & was immediate greeted as a Platinum Marriott member & assigned a 7th floor room with a view of the city & the river. The bathroom was large, shower was hot & room was spacious. Breakfast was busy but efficient with a good selection of full English, breads, etc & the bar area was quiet but pleasant at night. Am very impressed with this property & will definitely look first to book in here on my next travels to Belfast.
Over for 2 nights for a competition. Hotel was great, lovely view from our room, clean & great beds. All staff were super friendly & welcoming. Enjoyed all the recommendations that were made. Reception staff Ronan and restaurant staff Billy made our stay all the better, great service from these guys, really appreciated. Would definitely return. Breakfast was also lovely both times we ate!!
