Travellers' Choice
The Cathedral Quarter was traditionally the home of Belfast's trade associations and warehouses, and still has some of the city's oldest buildings. But a stay at Premier Inn Hotel Belfast Cathedral Quarter puts some distinctly twenty-first century attractions on your doorstep. Come in August and hear some of the latest sounds and bands at the Belsonic Festival. Or December, for a Christmas market that pulls out all the stops. Or in September, for all the fun of over 250 events during Culture Night. Or visit any time of year for world class shopping and fascinating visitor attractions. Then come back to the hotel for mouth-watering food and a lovely comfy bed.

Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Stayed here for one night in August. Room was clean and very spacious. It's located right in the cathedral quarter so loads of bars nearby. Perfectly situated for a night out. Reception are very friendly and helpful. If you want an evening meal in the restaurant get the reception to book a table as it can become fully booked. We had a high room with views across the city. An enjoyable stay.

One night stay to see the three amigos and the waterfront which I can say once again was a brilliant night. The hotel was very good once again as this was our second visit. The receptionist was great in booking us in and very friendly. the room was very clean and tidy and sleep very good and warm room. breakfast was exceptional once again and great value for the money.

I decided to stay here for my boyfriends birthday and dropped down some balloons the day before our stay to which the staff were so accommodating. They were able to do up the room perfectly before our arrival even with the high volume of customers signing in and out. The room and hotel was also so modern with a steak house linked to the reception. Thank you to all the staff, i really appreciate it.

Staff made the stay, limited breakfast choice when I stayed and my room wasn't great, tired and the carpets need a steam clean - location, location, location is the winner with this one, with a real Irish charm that is conveyed well by the staff upon arrival.

Great location and really lovely staff. Hotel is in the centre of things so lots to see and do around but can be very noisy at night time so you may not get a good nights sleep. I told reception about a very dirty shower door frame, and fair play to them, it had been cleaned by the time I came back from dinner. Would stay again. And always point out if something is not up to standard so the hotel has the chance to do something about it, which these guys did immediately.

In need of refurbishment. We had an odd room that seemed to be in a different building. Bed was small, only a double and not very comfortable. An okay location and staff were friendly. Rooms though in bad need of a makeover to bring up to usual premier inn standard.

We really couldn’t go wrong with the location of this Premier Inn, most of where we travelled to was only around a 20 minute walk. As I have stayed in Premier Inns before I knew what to expect, breakfast was lovely and room was comfortable.

Overall it was a good experience. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The location was excellent. The hotel was easily accessible to major attractions and close to lively bars, shopping and restaurants. IYet, it was quiet inside the hotel. Certainly a good value for money for few days holiday and comfortsble stay!

2 stars for the 2 good things that happened. We use the computer for automatic check in and we got our car park ticket validated ( £11 for the night). Sadly the rest was rubbish, Buttons in lifts were sellotaped on, air-con didn’t work in the room (it was roasting and didn’t get any sleep) no carpet in corridors. Disappointing all round!
