Not really sure where to start. No offer of help to take luggage up the very narrow stairs. Small room, basic to say the least. Having been told that we had the only room with en suite facilities, I was beyond shocked to discover that the toilet was situated in what looked like a former cupboard. So small that my...

Booked two rooms - one smelled of cigarette smoke. Rooms/hotel basic and in need of updating. Overpriced for what we got. Breakfast was basic but cooked to order surprisingly very nice, so that was good value for £5. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

We stayed one night. Location is right on the beach but with the main dual carriageway outside its noisy, but picturesque. Parking is right by the entrance and very convenient. The feel of the place is very 1970s and dated. It's like a set from Fawlty Towers or Fools and Horses! Our room was cold and musty with a poky...

Arrived here after a 4 hr drive and a n 80 minute rugby match as was ready for a snooze before heading out. OMG it was like going back into the last century. The room was below basic, box tv, no head board, thin pillow and shared toilet facilities which doesn't bother you unless you like cold showers as there...

Stayed here for a night with my family, had an ensuite room overlooking the sea. The staff were kind enough to reserve a parking space for us as my son is registered disabled. A short distance from the town centre and singleton park. I didn't expect much for £20 per head but what we had was simple, clean and acceptable....

Do not stay here! Weird smell like and old people's home. I rang a bell for attention once I arrived to check in, after ringing multiple times there was still no sign of life I had to go and find someone. Once that was sorted the room was absolutely abysmal, dated although the bed was clean. The atmosphere at the...

I didn't make the booking so I can't blame the 'hotel' for misleading me but that's the only thing I wouldn't blame them for. Firstly, this establishment should not be called a hotel. It is not a hotel, probably closer to a hostel. My room was extremely out-dated and had no toilet or shower. The bedding was terrible. I couldn't...

Decent enough location, across road from beach and 5 minute walk in to town centre. Staff were friendly and helpful. Booked 3 rooms, 1 with bathroom facilities, and 2 without. No problem using shared facilities. Rooms clean and fairly comfortable, and what we would expect from a "seaside" hotel.

It's very cheap to stay here, it cost me £25 for a single room with a sea view. The room was basic but generally clean. Not en suite but I knew that when I booked. Breakfast was optional but good for an extra fiver. A ten minute walk into town or 40 mins to the football ground (although I believe...
