Food is good. Value for money good. However the staff could not care less about good customer service . The restaurant could do with a clean and update . Lack of ambiance . Dirty plates and cutlery. Good smokers area and play area outside. Plenty of room in the restaurant for customers

We had food in the restaurant which they got our orders wrong. And the waiter tried to make us have it anyway. Our TV in the room was broken and kept turning itself off. We had two big spiders in our room.

One small quibble is that there is no food of any kind after 10...

Stayed for a rugby international (when there was still some Northern Hemisphere involvement). Rooms are simple but clean with everything you need. Bar fine, breakfast good. I particularly noticed the friendliness of the staff.

I often use this hotel as an overnight stop when traveling from North Wales to Kent, I have in the past been well pleased with the establishment. On this occasion however, my wife and I were in room 9 and from mid evening onwards there was a loud noise (either central heating or air conditioning) which drove me half crazy....

Disappointed in the breakfast. Room ok. Dinner ok, but breakfast couldn't eat it as bacon burnt, sausage swimming in fat, scramble egg tasted of water. To be fair, when I told the receptionist wasn't charged for dinner or breakfast.
