Who are we? That's a difficult one to answer. That's because we're not the usual city hotel or guest house. In fact, there's nothing remotely 'usual' about us. -We're a dignified Victorian town-house with funky, fashionable 21st-century accommodation -Our rooms and suites are bold and beautiful -We're setting new standards in Cardiff, Wales's capital city -Our approach is different from the rest -We'll look after your every need (think optional butler service, personal chef and a chauffeured Rolls-Royce) -Or, if you prefer, you can look after yourself (some of our rooms have state-of-the-art kitchens) -Expect the highest levels of service -But we don't do stuffiness - we're relaxed and laid-back when it comes to atmosphere and ambience -We serve afternoon tea the proper, traditional way - then transform ourselves into a trendy piano bar in the evening

I wasnt going to post a review as I normally only do it for holiday and not business, but watching four In a bed today I felt that this justified how rude these are having used your establishment many times for business use i will no longer be as your Manager and Assistant Manager are the most awful hospitality staff I've ever come across in 35 years of working within this business absolutely disgraceful. Both should be sacked they are certainly not a credit to your business. The hotel itself is great could do with a few little changes but being a frequent use of hotels this will be my last time

I have just watched Four In A Bed on television and I’m absolutely gobsmacked on how the people who run this establishment can really believe that there accommodation is worth £242=a night No breakfast ,I think they must of been playing a game because there attitude and approach to how a business is run was terrible ,I can stay in a 5 star Hilton hotel for that amount they really did not do this accommodation any good for the future ,I wouldn’t stay there like others have commented especially whither the bad attitude of the woman

Avoid this place like a plague, the owner and her puppet should not be running anything involving customer service. Awful management, food, service and facilities. Unbelievably expensive and overrated for what is a poorly run cheap b&b.
