We stay in many Premier Inns. Stated one night in Twin room. We got there early at 1pm but the very nice front desk staff let us check in as room was ready, which was brilliant. Not as nice as other Premier Inns we have stayed at but good value for what it cost us. Location is in a business...

Stayed for a 1 night last minute break to explore Cardiff with the family and was not disappointed, the hotel is an easy 15-20 minute stroll to the city centre. Easy to leave the car parked up and explore by foot. Great room, good breakfast. Only downside is the beds for the kids are a little uncomfortable. Special mention for...

Our room overlooked the car park and the entrance to the Brewers Fayre which was very noisy at closing time. We were in a ground floor room and the people in the room above us were VERY noisy throughout the night making it very difficult to sleep (I gave to trying in the end) and even woke up my son...

Good, clean with excellent service. The restaurant next door serves a good variety of food at a reasonable price. Car parking is on the spot.. It does take twenty minutes to walk to the city centre at a reasonable pace.

Turned up at 10am. Informed staff of arrival and no problem to park car here before 2pm check in. Room modern and clean. Comfy beds. Plenty of hot water for a shower. Good night's sleep, no noise from outside or other rooms/corridors. Staff all very friendly. Only drawback is that the location is a 25 minute walk to central Cardiff...

We were booked in for two nights, one was the night of the big rugby match between England and Wales. The room we were booked into (9) was quite tatty, with windows that did not close properly and the bathroom handle had been ripped off. The paintwork was scuffed and dirty. The door was fixed once we complained. We asked...

I chose to stay at this hotel because parking was available, instead of hotels in Cardiff city, which was only a 5-minute drive away. The room was comfortable enough as expected from most Premier Inn hotels, except that the temperature control can only be set to a maximum of 23 degrees, and we would have preferred it to be slightly...

As always - very comfortable and clean premier inn . Friendly staff - a good nights sleep . A little way out from the centre but under a fiver in a cab to the station the next morning . Lovely bed - crisp linen.

The hotel is very much the standard Premier Inn, physically, with rather better than average staff, who are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately it is badly let down by the associated restaurant where the food is distinctly less than average and service poor. Even breakfast which is self service buffet showed poor service standards.
