If you want to stay in Cardiff, then this is the destination to head to. I have stayed here a few times and I wouldn't stay anywhere else. Keith and Norman make you feel at home in every way, and whatever your needs may be, they will accomodate. Lovely rooms, nice and quiet, but also within 10 mins walk to...

I stumbled upon this little gem about 3 weeks ago, whilst trapsing the length of Cathedral Road, Cardiff, in search of ANY B&B with a vacancy for 1 night. The place has a certain 'Welcoming charm' from the outside, but on entering, it immediately transported me to another time. Its vintage, dated sheek is wonderful. Original features, wallpapers, furnishings, lace...

Very warm welcome, comfortable rooms, great breakfast with proper coffee. I liked the vintage interiors and interesting details, though they might not be to everyone's taste. Nice atmosphere and so handy for the centre of Cardiff -an easy walk away. Reasonably priced. I enjoyed our visit and would stay here again.

Whenever I visit Cardiff I always make sure I stay at this hotel. Keith and Norman always offer a warm welcome and make me feel at home. I stayed in a single room which had its own shower which was great. The breakfast room has recently been renovated and really brightens up the room. I also enjoyed one of Keith...

Always a great reception, whenever you arrive, the room is always clean and tidy. for us the location is fantastic, as we like the short walk into the town centre. The breakfast in the morning really sets you up for the day.

Having stayed here on a number or previous occasions I had high hopes that the quality and service I would receive would once again be repeated....I was not disappointed. Keith and normal (owners/ operators) have continued to deliver the highest of standards for their guests. Room was immaculate, as was the bathroom. There are two big selling into of this...

Reasonably priced considering it was rugby and other hotels/b and bs put prices up. Only thing would say was expected a towel to be provided ended up having to go to buy one not really used to b and b where it not ensuite so that might be why. Also the design or the lock on the single rooms maybe...

As others have said Keith and Norman offer a wonderful welcome (as do the other guests, many of them clearly regulars). The place is a bit quirky, even old-fashioned; our double bed was small but comfortable while both room and bathroom had been recently refurbished. The cooked breakfasts were marvellous and really set one up for the day, especially the...
