I always stay here whilst I visit Cardiff. The staff are friendly and helpful always. It's at the centre of Cardiff and everything is within walking distance. Highly recommended if you're going to the Motorpoint Arena to see a show as it is right next door.

Nice position, close to the centre with lots of restaurants etc very close, 40% discount on the parking nearby. the usual clean, comfortable, spacious rooms and friendly staff as expected with Premier Inn. Had a huge (family) room on the 8th floor with great views over Cardiff. Recommended.

The breakfast room was cold, and there is one coffee machine so queues which meant waiting around. Room average and location okay. My advice would be...

The staff here were very obliging as we were on the 9th floor and as we don't use the lifts were moved to the 5th floor with no hassle. The inn is very central but the parking is extremely expensive. The restaurant attached also caters for people who are on a dairy free diet and soya milk is available at...

Very quiet and clean, especially for such a large hotel. Perfect position for visiting Cardiff centre. Within easy reach of the motor point, New Theatre, Cardiff Castle, the St David's centre and all the shops. Lovely staff. Nice looking restaurant, although we didn't eat here. Rooms had air conditioning but it was very quiet.
