Absolutely awful. I would hate to think this might be a first experience in our beautiful country for visitors. No PAT testing done EVER, no details of where to meet in case of fire, no TV remote, soaking wet towels on radiators. Breakfast swimming in grease and was served between 8am and 9am - at the weekend! Would not give...

Where do I start? Asked for full cash payment whilst stood in the hall way on arrival and they won't key the room key until they've had the cash. Very poor wifi available. They don't believe in heating in the winter and our radiator didn't work so had to rely on small electric heater. No lock on bathroom door and...

good location but a very depressing place. they didn't know we were coming despite us having booked (landlady says this happens a lot with their current system). Very dingy, badly decorated rooms with a dirty shower in a cupboard. Felt like someone had gone to a carboot, bought loads of old stuff, and crammed it into the room. had to...

Wish I'd listened to previous reviews and not gone there. Nice location, only 10 minutes stroll from centre, on bus route. Booked in for 2 nights. Turned up at hotel only to be told we had to go 3 doors up the road. Had to pay on arrival before we'd even seen our room - cash only - which should...

This hotel was £50 between 2 of us, £25 each including breakfast! Absolute bargain, especially around Christmas time! Me & my friend had a night out in Cardiff, we stayed here, the location was good, £6 in a taxi into town. Rooms were basic but fine for a few hours kip :) Would definitely use again, BARGAIN!

Tiny double room in the roof with a four poster bed that could only be accessed from one side. Shower was dangerous to get in/out of. Two out of four lights in the room did not work. Single wardrobe door would not close, no drawer storage space. Tiny window too dirty to see out of. Breakfast ok.

First of all.. We went to the property to be told that we were in the property 2 doors down! When we got there, there was no one to be found, no reception! Finally a man approached us. We then went to pay the £35 which we booked online but we were informed that that was the single price and...

Booked through booking.com who overcharged for the room. My partner and I decided to visit Cardiff and this was one of the few places available for less than £250. The location is fine, a 10/15 minute walk into the city centre with all Cardiff has to offer. The Hotel sadly has very little to offer. Upon arrival there wasn't anybody...
