The hotel was well presented, welcoming apart from an electronic check in, professional and well equipped and comfortable. It was good value for money. It was clean and comfortable with good facilities although on this stay I did not use any of the gym or other facilities.

Stayed over the Easter break for one night, was a great hotel. We also had dinner in the restaurant and the food was delicious, the staff were very friendly accommodating to dietary requirements and all came out very quickly. We were able to get a cheap upgrade in our room before arrival which was exciting. We had been checked in...

We stayed for one night on a special offer and it was worth every penny, we had 2 rooms and were opposite each other without having to ask. The rooms were clean and conformable, plenty of tea bags and milk were provided. The only downside was that it was not close to the city centre, but it was worth traveling...

One-night stay for business event. Despite late night arrival, I received a warm welcome at check-in. Comfortable bed and good sized bedroom; great 25m swimming pool and gym facilities. Helpful staff.

I booked two rooms in my name for myself and two friends. I decided to use the hotel app to check in. This wasn't as straight forward as other hotel apps. I checked the girls in first and was allocated room 206. I then went to check myself in but the option wasn't there! Apparently when you check in the...

Found the facilities good and staff really friendly. The food in the restaurant was really nice although was a little slow at times. The fitness facilities were very good with lots of options and classes available.

I have had the pleasure of staying in the hotel several times in the past. This hotel is located just outside of Cardiff central, probably about a 20 minute taxi ride in to the heart of Cardiff. There isn't much to do in the vicinity of the hotel. The hotel restaurant is great, lovely food and great service, well priced....
