Lovely hotel and staff, couple of issues with cleanliness but overall a lovely stay and a nice relaxing nights sleep. Stay here often and normally use leisure club which is superb but didn't feel up to it this visit.

Enjoyed the stay, especially since there is an excellent train service within easy walking distance to take you in to the centre of Cardiff at a very reasonable price. Staff friendly and helpful. Bed a little uncomfortable.

Impressed made a nice change from the usual premier inn. The room layout was very good the t.v. was a bit overpowering but that was not the hotels fault, my t.v at home is a lot smaller. The staff were brilliant nothing was too much trouble. My firm have booked me in for about 6 weeks. RESULT

Nice hotel, I have stayed in this facility numerous times and the staff are always friendly, rooms clean and comfortable. Restaurant menu is very limited and inflexible, but on the other hand the staff in the pub sidecars more than helpful and will always try to accommodate your wishes.

Hotel is in a good location for travel, although tricky to access from the roundabout. The hotel itself is average, rooms are ok, food is reasonably good, a bit pricey if you don't have a deal and there isn't that much choice. Staff are friendly and helpful. Due to the location and facilities - gym, spa etc., the hotel is...

In Cardiff on business and wherever possible, I stay at a Village hotel because I can get discount for being a gym member at the Warrington hotel for 12 years!! (although booking on Hotels.com via topcashback means I can still get a free room every tenth night and get cashback too... win win !!) I book the club rooms at...

We took advantage of the £25 room offer (although did upgrade to £40 with breakfast which was still good value for money ) The pool was a good size and clean, the rooms were clean and tidy and the breakfast was great. The staff were friendly and the hotel was also handy for Cardiff Center. We would definitely go again.

I stayed in the hotel for 4 nights B&B and 2 evening meals last week. The room we were allocated was fine. Clean and functional. The bathroom was clean except for corner grouting in the bath/shower which was very discoloured. Evening meals were good with a reasonable choice. Breakfast was OK, but the quality of the food/drink wasn't up to...
