My son booked our stay as a Christmas gift and was somewhat anxious having read some less than positive reviews. This gave access to the I Impressive leisure facilities as well as better TV package. Dinner and...

Me and my girlfriend enjoyed the hotel very much, and would go back there again if we had the opportunity. We went they for a night away and the food was great, and great service from everyone we were in contact with.

Automated check-in a little strange but fine, a good place to stay. Would come again. Like the gym and pool etcetera and the club upgrade gave a few little extras which made a difference. The Tassimo machine took some working out but was good once we learned how to use it.

Third time we have stayed here and we love it. Excellent value for money, lovely staff, lovely food and great facilities. We used the leisure facilities and they offer a great pool, sauna, steam room, juccuzi and lounging area. The room had everything you could possibly need whilst away from home. Thoroughly enjoyed - we would stay here every time.

My last stay here was nothing to write home about, torn bed linen & stained ceiling but this visit was totally different, room (109) was amazing with very modern decor, coffee machine & plush bed. Not sure if all the rooms are similar.
