Great hotel and really nice rooms. Unfortunately the parking is confusing and very expensive. Breakfast was ridiculous, waiting 45 minutes to be served an uncooked and un seasoned tomato, rubber mushroom and inconsistent poached egg (using a kitchen timer is a great help) marcos pictures plastered all over the walls i would've expected a much higher standard from the chefs.

Hello tjack77, Thank you for taking the time to leave us us some feedback! I am pleased to read that you enjoyed your room. Please accept my apologies for the breakfast experience you received. I can assure you that this is not the standard we usually serve our guests. I will pass this feedback onto our restaurant team. I do hope that this experience will not stop you returning to visit us again :) Diolch yn fawr Jacques Duval Front of House Supervisor Hotel Indigo Cardiff

An amazing stay experience at Hotel Indigo Cardiff. The welcome from Jen and the team at Reception really friendly, we arrived early and our room was ready for us no trouble. Room was a really good size and they had organised a nice supersize for us on arrival in our room which just shows how great the hotel is. Car Parking simple and easy to find with Sat Nav. Not the hotels own car park but they do get some discount which is always appreciated! Just the next road from the back. Great location, room amenities great. My 3rd visit and still as a good as ever. Breakfast was good, cooked fresh and for a busy Sunday morning Loretta gave us the best welcome and Alex was genuinely interested in our stay experience. Perfect hotel for leisure or business travel

The helpfulness started when they allowed us to change our 2 day reservation from December 2020 to cover our anniversary in June 21. The room was lovely and the bed very kind to my dodgey back. Had a nice day down the Bay and the weather stayed mainly dry. We will be back

From check in to check out this hotel was absolutely amazing. This branded hotel has the feel of a boutique and full of Welsh charm. The room was spacious with a large, comfortable bed. There are multiple USB charging points in the room as well as Welsh Brew tea and coffee (this is amazing if you haven’t already tried it). The bathroom was large and had hand soap, lotion, conditioner and shampoo (I can’t remember the brand but it was one of the best I’ve seen in a hotel). The large, soft towels were also an unexpected bonus and the two bathrobes were a lovely touch. Even during the pandemic, breakfast was plentiful and everything you’d expect from Marco Pierre White. The hotel has plenty of hand sanitising stations and took social distancing seriously. It’s not possible to drive to the front of the hotel and there’s no on site parking, but you get a decent discount on the NCP car park located a five minute walk away. There’s free wifi and a large TV (if you’re not enjoying all that the Welsh capital has to offer). I’ll definitely be staying here again!

This hotel was amazing! I was travelling around the UK with my family who are not from the UK, and we decided to visit Cardiff as no one in the group had been before. My parents booked this hotel without much thought. Damn, this hotel was the highlight of our trip! I still dream of those showers and that amazing hand soap and body wash! While Cardiff didn't quite live up to our expectations, we want to go back just to visit this hotel. So comfortable and clean, amazing staff and the restaurant on the top floor is divine.
