Just wanted to recommend Pat and her lovely B&B in the Brecon Beacons. Pat is a lovely hostess and prepares a great breakfast of perfect poached eggs and bacon or as my other half had full-english. Either sets you up to go walking in the Beacons. Her rooms are very comfy too for a good nights sleep in the beautiful... More

We stayed at the Belvedere for three nights over the May bank holiday. We booked all three rooms with friends. The B&B was spotlessly clean and looked to be recently decorated. Pat was the perfect host on arrival, during our stay and on departure. The breakfast was of a good quality with a good choice. It fuelled us up for... More

Very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Convenient and pleasant location. Accommodation, food and service all very good. Talybont-on-Usk is an attractive and, we found, friendly village, with interesting walks along the raised canal and up higher towards the reservoir direct from the village. Lots of other lovely walks nearby of course.

I stayed at the Belvedere last summer (2015) and Pat was a superb host, the room was excellent, the service was superb, breakfast was just perfect and we had sandwiches and fruit for our day out walking. I am using the Belvedere again this year as it was so good.

My wife and I have just spent seven nights at this B&B and we can't praise it enough, from the moment we arrived to the minute we left, Pat went out of her way to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Her breakfasts were perfect and would have kept us going most of the day had we not been burning... More

My partner and I (both in our 20's) have just spent two incredibly relaxing nights at the Belvedere in Talybont on Usk over the May bank holiday weekend, it was great. We arrived at the Belvedere following a full day of horse riding (at the nearby Cantref riding school) and Pat received us with a warm welcome and showed us... More

Turning up at short notice after being recommended by another B & B who were unable to accommodate. Twin room with friendly and helpful service and an excellent service for only £70 for one night. Would certainly go back

Stayed in this B&B for a week with a group of friends. The B&B is located 5 minutes walk from the village centre, in a nice and quiet place. The rooms are nice and clean and the landlady is a warm friendly person. I can fully recommend this B&B to anyone visiting the Brecon Beacons National Park.

We stayed in this b&b for 3 nights. We had a very warm welcome without being overpowering. The room was very clean (even though we only gave an hours notice), very tidy, had everything we needed. The breakfast was probably the best we've had in years! You could choose from a good selection and it was cooked perfectly. Kept us... More

“Room 1 was of a good size and quality.”

“The single and the twin rooms were both lovely, even though the single was the smallest, there was still enough room for a double bed and it was still comfortable and cosy. The twin was slightly bigger and equally as comfortable, both were extremely clean and homely.”

“Room 1 is the biggest, followed by 2. The other 2 are a little "cosier' particularly the smallest - but with a price to match.”

“All rooms are very nice and extremely clean with hairdryers available (I did not know so brought my own), coffee/tea making available in-room and TVs. Also, WIFI is available, which in the area is a really nice touch. From the three rooms that I was able to see - room 3 has a larger bed (kingsize I think) then others (standard double). Room 1 has a larger bathroom then the others. Room 2 is still very comfortable, just not a large bathroom or bed.”
