We had an absolutely wonderful time at Olif. Our first trip away in months and we couldn't have picked a better place to stay. Our room (the Calon), was luxurious, light and super clean. There were so many lovely touches, in both the room decor and amenities. The bathroom, was spacious with a wonderful rainwater shower/bath, which was great for relaxing after two days of outdoor activities. To keep with the current restrictions, a table was fully laid in our room. With a lovely view over the river, we were able to sit in our room and enjoy an amazing dinner of tapas (reviewed separately) and delicious breakfasts - such great quality food and generous portions. Mari, Aubrey and the team couldn't have done more for us during our stay and were very attentive/friendly. We really cannot praise the Olif team enough and our overall experience has been so positive that we're hoping to visit again later in the year.

We returned to Olif for the third time this year....a little apprehensive with COVID having dominated the last year. We didn’t need to be, Olif was as perfect as ever. There were excellent measures in place to ensure the safety of guests and staff but it was done in a way that didn’t take away any of the charm and luxury that you come to expect at Olif. The room was pristine, fantastic facilities and had the addition of a “table for two” so that breakfast and dinner could be served in the room. This actually suited us better and we loved having breakfast in the privacy of our room with no rush to get dressed etc, truly relaxing. Our hosts were attentive and friendly as usual, we can never fault a stay here and will continue to return.

This was our second stay at Olif and we were once again delighted by the whole experience. Due to Covid special measures were in place, this did not take away the "Olif" experience in any way. As a shielder during the first lockdown I was a bit on edge at staying away from home but I felt extremely safe during our stay. We were in the deluxe room with fantastic views of Betws from both windows. Spotlessly clean the room was beautiful and the bathroom was to die for! Big bath with comfortably fitted both myself and my husband, we slept like logs during our 2 night stay. I simply cannot review Olif however, without mentioning the breakfast!! Aubreys mushrooms cooked in Anglesey salted butter are without doubt the finest mushrooms I have ever tasted, the whole breakfast was gorgeous and the waitress lovely and very helpful. The tables have screens so I felt totally at ease every morning. Highly recommend. WE WILL BE BACK!

We booked this B&B based on reviews and wanting somewhere nice to stay after climbing Snowdon. The restaurant reviews also helped make our decision. Unfortunately the restaurant was not open on a Monday for our stay, but Mari provided a recommendation for where to eat which met our needs fine. The room itself 'room 5' was perfect for our stay, especially a large bath which was much appreciated after Snowdon, infact we liked the room so much we have booked for 2 nights in November. The room was spotless, with good WiFi, the coffee machine and cafetiere were put to good use. The owners were very responsive to any questions via messenger, we enjoyed our breakfast and our vegan diet was catered for in the standard breakfast menu, which is always a bonus. All in all a great stay, Thanks Olif
